One of the few videos on African militaries you see little or no disparaging comments about their professionalism and kitting.

I don't understand why they had to install the secondary weapon on the BRT, it is to have something to use for soft targets? Wouldn't it prevent the main gun from rotating effectively 180 degrees?

I stumbled on this post on Twitter and I could not believe how desperately gullible supporters of this government can be and how far the can go to sow deceit.

This picture was shared by NAF in March 2019. I hope u are not trying to imply it is recent. One Defence Nigeria blog is using it to deceive people on Twitter. Besides I am aware that Nigeria is actively involved in the lasted Chad onslaught against BHT

Here lies the problem...proliferation of what should not be called special forces. The airforce too is not exempted. Sometimes these guys end up been used to do police work

Sorry buh how does the video show how ill-equiped the army is..is it the Hilux vehicles or?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ta4QVfBWHkw

Ill equipped both strategy wise and technically. Besides, the general complained of the vehicles not suited for the terrain. I think the Ara is doing well. I would want to think the generals will ride in the Ara as it appears to be the only reasonable piece of equipment in the video

Unfortunately, latest information on this incident points to a Blue-on-Blue "Friendly fire" incident. No Insurgent was identified in the vicinity of the force at the initial stage of the encounter.

Worldwide Army Commanders who won their own wars are listed, and one that failed to win is smuggled into the same list as a successful hero-commander, even photo placed in the centre like Mohammed Ali The greatest of them all.

Nigeria NEVER rewards MERIT, all you need to be named a hero is just to play the game on the field even if you scored 3 own goals against your own team.
