SoWhat77: I have no shame in saying my husband and I met on the internet. I was looking at a dating website with one of my friends and saw his photo. I thought he was so cute and told her to send him a message. When she sent it he looked at her photo and I guess wasnt interested but I decided to take a chance and send him my photo and let him know who it really was that was interested in him. He finally responded back the same night and the rest is history.
I must admit that at first I did not take it seriously becuase he was soo far away. He in Asia and me in the States. However as time went on we grew to love each other and the distance made no differance. A year later we met and then 9 months after that we married. We now have been married 3 years and have a two year old duaghter. Sure there are things we would have known better about each other had we met face to face and physically dated, however if you are truly fond of the person don't let the distance stop it from growing into true love. Love has no bounderies. It doesnt know miles, kilometers, borders, or bounderies so why let them stop you from finding the love of your life? Good for you girl! I think its called destiny. |

rokiatu: that is why personality should comes first before looks because who knows, the looks could change overtime. Yeap whats the point. you choose a beauty and when both grow old, both will have drooping skins and sagging tits and balls with the ugliest black teeth or no teeth and no hair and than what makes it worse is that their personality sucks and that will really make them hate each other. Sad Sad Sad. . . . .Siena: Probably. You have your preference, I have mine. Personality? I guess a gorilla-like man, with a great personality would suit you?
In the meantime, I wouldn't go seeking pot-bellied ladies. No problem as long as he is caring, down to earth and have a great personality. When we grows old, his charming personality is the only thing which will last a lifetime of happiness. |
Romance › Re: Married Men With Pot Bellies by Gabry(f): 4:35pm On Jul 13, 2008 |
Siena: Not a crime, it's all about choice and preference.
I wouldn't consciously go seeking a pot-bellied lady. On the other hand, if she developed it when we were married, I probably wouldn't notice. In time, personality takes over looks. heheh! I've seen many people where if they dont like a certain soemthing, they will end up with one. Personality would always be the winner and will always be the lifetime happiness of the person. |

Siena: Gab, every mammal has a belly - where else does your food go?
It's just the "pot" / "calabash" version that's not so cool. I've got nothing against those who have them, both male and female, as long as they're happy with their lot, who cares? Ok Bobo, let me rephrase that. Is it a crime to have a Pot Belly?
Its not like the Pot Belly would murder someone or rob someones money but I have to admit that if the Pot Belly is oversized, it will affect someones health but to have like a small or average pot belly should be okay. |

419er: the different between with and without make up is infront of you. and if looks color race and religion is not in your dictionary that means you need to buy an updated dictionary. Uhm. . . Not sure what you mean but oh well. . . .
If you notice in my signature I said "My Dictionary" so if its my dictionary, it has to be the most updated one as its mine. |
