Places like Tinubu square and Tinubu hall (a female hostel in Unilag) named after her should be changed. Efunroye Tinubu and her her friend Efunsetan Aniwura (the iyalode of Ibadan) both of them are from Egbaland, they are wicked women that got their money from slave trades and selling weapons. If Efunsetan could be tagged as a wicked person, Efunroye Tinubu should not be exempted. |

I can't wait for 2019 honestly. Maybe upon the announcement of his victory, they'd simply go ahead and do themselves in so the world could be rid of their needless growls. Don't mind those wailers, their wailing will continue till 2023. Many of them think you can win election on social media. PMB will flaw all their candidates. Information for all wailers, If you are sure that PMB will lose the next election please, come and place your bet (10, 000 Naira) during the election period. Sai Baba till 2023. |

Hantonia: yes I am true talk thou stressful but it worth d time All govt owned institutions are stressful in Nigeria. Aside the certificate, I learnt a lot in FCE(T), Akoka even more than Unilag (though university is the ultimate). It was in FCE ( T ), Akoka I learnt how politics and activism are being played. Those psychology, sociology and philosophy courses made me understand human behaviours. I learnt about public speaking from teaching practice, the course I studied, which is computer/maths helped me a lot when I studied one of the Engineering courses at Unilag. |

benzion72: I thank God I attended college of Education Ila Orangun Great Ilarites. It afford the opportunity to switch job especially when you need a teaching job. You do not need to go for any Post graduate diploma PGD in education. College of Education also prepare you for facing crowd, you can face any interview panel without fidgeting, because you have done micro teaching and teaching practice. I still have respect for all Psychology courses I did, it help to understand human behavior. Courese in Philosophy also sharpen my logical reasoning. I dont really know why you are regretting Exactly! College of Education really shaped my life. All the psychology, sociology, political Economics and philosophy courses helped me a lot, Infact it made me a vast person. Public speaking shouldn't be a problem for a person that had NCE. The OP will soon realise the advantages of C.O.E when he gets to the university |

jumper524: College of education is a real brain drainer especially minna.. I was there 2013/2014 i spent only a year there and had to leave for the university. While in the university i realised how brain dead i was.. Bro ill advise you dont go for educational course in the university. Its same category with college. Theres a huge difference between normal bsc student and education students.. I am not a graduate of education in the university, but this your assertion is totally wrong. My childhood friend studied Economics education in the university, presently he is doing his Master degree in International Economics and Development in Germany. Lest I forget, education courses doesn't make you "brain dead" as you claimed. |

Rafeek1: I am a Yoruba boy based in Abuja. I graduated my secondary school 2012, wrote my first jamb in 2013 but i score 157 which was very low for any university to accept me as of then (because d cut off mark was 180)
I felt so disappointed in my self so i took another jamb in 2014 it was same 156 i was over disappointed in my self. I den decided to go for poly den (fed poly bauchi) but my mom refused that is too far from abj den. I don't have much knowledge about change of institution and nobody put me through so I went to college of education minna, spending 3yrs and have to wait for another year b4 result will b ready.
To cut d story shut, is diz year that am applying to university while my mates who go university and poly are serving now while some of them are even working. So am advising u guys not to go to collage of education it waste time. Bro, for your info don't compare your life with anyone. I attended college of education, I spent 3 years and I never regretted it. The same year i graduated, I sat for UTME and I passed it, got admitted to the university where I studied one of the Engineering courses. There is one of my secondary mate that did is convocation while I was in 100L, there are some that I met and even left them in the university after I completed my programme. Just focus on how your life will be better, our time differs. |
