OJaySeenson:if both you and your wife can learn german, I mean speak and write, get admission in a good town where there is plenty of work then Germany make sense. Sorry I don't know anything about Canada so I can't advice you. |

biglord:bro it won't take you much to get your transcript. Why try follow this short cut and maybe get rejected by uni assist instead of going the right way and do it once and for all. 1 Like |

First of all you are applying for visa as couple and you went with a name that isn't your husband's name. How are they suppose to know your truly married? Well since they ask you to bring a passport bearing your husband's name and have already given your husband, am sure you will be given. That was a very silly mistake you did. congrats in advance jayfun123: |

I was tempted to write after what I read above. I think I understand when somebody ask how is the city when it comes to hustling. Am sure they ain't talking about getting rich over nite but asking if someone can do something in the city like getting jobs easily. A poster said you can get something to do in every part of Germany and I disagree. There are part you need travel 2hours to go and 2hours to get back to your city. Imagine wasting 4hours in a train just to go work for 4hours.That is wasting 4hours doing a 4hours job. Now imagine mixing this with academics, how can you survive in this situation. Anytime you go to work is like doing a full time 8hours job while you only earn for 4hours. In as much as you tell people to concentrate in school and get good grades they need to hustle to survive. With rent, insurance and little spending we spend up to 500Euro monthly. Now imagine spending from your block account while you concentrate in getting good grades. Am sure within 10months the money is finished. When it is time to renew your permit where will the money come from? In as much as good grades are important, a good city where no much stress getting a mini job to survive is also important. With language you can survive, without good grades you can survive a little and without mini job you can not survive at all. Guys do your research well and plan well. Goodluck 5 Likes 1 Share |

This is a country i was kinda considering to go back and make things better the little way i can. The facilities in the country is zero for education and am sure those already studying abroad can testify to it. We gather our 1kobo to finance our study abroad to help ourselves compete with other students around the world, we didn't ask the country for any kobo for support or probably they think if Nigeria was good, we will all be running out to study? At the end of the day only the poor will struggle because no matter how the exchange rate increases those criminals will still buy to send their children abroad. They will still carry large sums in foreign currencies for their medical care or they want to tell us someone who has not eaten a good meal will even pay for medical bills abroad? Na still them them day go abroad for medical treatment. Sometimes i wonder who is making all this policies and you want to tell me the current government is not corrupt. i day vex and boil at the moment because that country will never change let us all stop deceiving ourselves. 3 Likes |

Abeg my people, who can remind me the handle of this guy in hamburg studying information engineering? HINT: A lot of newbies are becoming lazy, there are lots of opportunities for students here especially when you decide to do something different from all courses we do in nigerian unis, say maritime, logistics etc. If you make good research, who knows you might be applying to companies instead of schools. Companies that will be paying your school fee, paying you pocket money monthly. it is called dual degree, you work in the company to learn practical parts and you learn theory in school usually 3monat interval. Just a hint for any new biz who is ready to research more and pls don't pm me to ask any question. google is there to help you. Bis morgan 3 Likes |

leaderboard:Come to think of it, nobody has tried applying with ND or is there any that tried and was rejected(just assuming)? I will advice you to try, if you have your transcript and other docs at hand and it will surprise you to find out ND is equivalent to entrance qualification for german unis through uni assist. I applied with HND and was thinking i need to send my 4years transcript before it will be equivalent but i sent just 2years HND. If you got good grades, you can try and If your willing to try, i could be of assistance in anyway possible. |
