There is already a case in the high court Enugu for the court to declare operation Python dsnce II illegal since the President has no power to deploy solders internally in Nigeria outside section 217 of the constitution. That court was supposed to give judgement sometime in January 2018 but due to unfortunate circummstances, the Court could not sit on the day so it was posponed

Should the courts declare operation Python dance II illegal, operation Python dance III will never happen

This is not about jurisdiction of the US court, this is about judgement.

Getting a judgement against someone like Burutai in a US court has worlwide rammifications, this is the greatest nation in the world. For Burutai to be convicted in a US court of human rights abuse snd extrer-judicial murder might not have much of an impact in Nigeria. But outside Nigeria, it has massive impact snd Burutai might very unfortunate that the next government might even take that Judgement serious and take Burutai up on it, APC wont be in power forever.

A negative judgement agsinst any of these men will only boost IPOB's international image. This case has nothing to do with jurisdiction

An Igbo never changes his ancestral surname without a good reason, and even when he does, it wont be to an English surname. My coisin changed his surname from that of our ancestral great grand father to that of our grand father. So ask this general why he took an English surname over his ancestral Igbo surname

This is one thing that will never happen for as long as the terrorist remains as the president of the zoo.
