Mind boggling but the audit would have been more detailed to answer the following questions?

1) What is the total number of vehicles the LG needs to function effectively?
2) What is the total numbers of drivers needed?
3) When the drivers were employed, were there enough vehicles?
4) What is the level of communication between the HR and the admin/ procurement unit?
5) Is it possible that the HR fulfilled the driving manning need while the procurement or vehicle maintenance units were the ones failing in their duties?
6) Why is the Chairman's vehicle the only functional ones?
7) How many vehicles have been recommended for purchase, maintenance and for what purposes?
Why are there no staff buses for low earning local government staff?

Questions like these if dispassionately answered will give a more objective insight.

It is worrisome to see how a corporate giant like Zenith bank flaunts CBN rules with reckless abandon.
Before 2016, COT was legitimate for current accounts. Savings accounts were exempted from COT charges but Zenith bank charged COT on every transaction on savings accounts going outside their bank. The charge this in addition to the CBN approved N100 per transfer.
This is illegal and corporate misdemeanor. They were even charging N3 per mille when COT on current account had reduced to N1 per mille. This ill-gotten money will be declared as part of their profit in 2015.
In 2016, because COT is absolutely outlawed, they have added the amount to the N105 and call it 'Transfer charges'. This is against the fact that all transfer charges are regulated charges as contained in the revised guide to bank charges sent by CBN to all banks including Zenith banks on March 27, 2013 which took effect from April 1, 2013 and is subsisting (REF: FPR/DIR/GEN/CIR/03/002).
Customers complaints to zenithdirect on this have been ignored, they will instead send the account officers to manage the customers to accept the charges. We plead the CBN governor though a former MD of Zenith bank to prevail on them to reverse all the illegal charges to the customers in line with the anti-corruption policy of the current government.

Concentrate on radically expanding refining capacity and export finished products to most African countries but we cannot ignore South Africa, just like they cant ignore us, we both need to energize improve the lots of both nations.
We need to expand economic and political collaboration frontiers instead of shrinking the small one we have.
The fine on MTN may be logically ok but some underlying circumstances and long term consequences make it unreasonable.
We can chose to curtail loss of value by capital flight through the MTN vehicle by strengthening Globacom and encouraging Nigerians to invest in telecom. Nigeria is a funny country, I wonder if those that litigated on the matter were compromised , persuaded or intimidated to withdraw. It would be nice to see the conclusion of a legal due process on the certificate scam including 'misrepresentation of facts under oath.

A respected senior advocate of Nigeria Mr Femi Falana, Monday on Channel’s Tv, described the Appeal Court Judgement of the Akwa Ibom State Governorship Elections as fraud and against the integrity of the Judiciary.
The Legal luminary and human rights activist said that the judgement contradicted both Supreme Court Precedents and the Constitution. He warned the All Progressive Congress to stop the wanton destruction of the Country’s Judiciary over what he termed as greedy political agitation, which is capable of dividing the country.
Mr Falana  wondered how the same Appeal Court  which delivered Judgement on the Lagos Governorship Election, on the premise  that the Card reader cannot invalidate an election – and same  was upheld by  the Supreme Court – but concerning the Akwa Ibom Judgement, the jurist used card reader to annul the elections.
On the same day that the Akwa Ibom State governorship election was annulled, the same Appeal Court delivered Judgment on  the Yobe State  Governorship election,  citing  the Judgement of  Jimmy Agbaje Vs Ambode as a precedent  and went ahead to uphold that election, based on the fact that card reader malfunction cannot invalidate an election.
“I cannot be quiet and allow the APC government destroy the judiciary. How can an Appeal Court use an exhibit that was not admitted by the tribunal to cancel an election? President Buhari should explain to Nigerians why card reader and collation did not invalidate elections in Yobe, Imo , Lagos , Ogun and Oyo  States  that had the same issue of accreditation . Whereas the Akwa Ibom election is annulled based on card reader when collation was shown live on Tv”
“If the Supreme Court does not upturn the Judgement of the Court of Appeal on the Akwa Ibom State governorship elections, it therefore means that  APC’s  change  was just a mantra to deceive the electorate to have their votes.”
“Look at the corruption war; it is only PDP members that are being prosecuted. What happens to the APC corrupt politicians?  It throws up a  question on the integrity of President Buhari’s administration. PDP did not win in all the States during their sixteen years of leadership; they lost some through litigation to ACN and other political Parties”. He concluded.

I think this development is great but PMB should make effort to damn any consequence and probe key APC chieftains around him too. Its an opportunity to weaken corruption in Nigeria but am afraid we may lose it if the perception is 'selective fight'.
Such perception may give rise to the 'next guys' in power to be selective too and we all get enmeshed in the shameful mud of corruption again. If PMB will be bold to investigate IBB, Abdulsalami, Atiku, Amaechi and Tinubu alongside the Dasukigaters....Nigeria will be great again for a long while.

I love his guts but want a total fight, I support the fight but I dont want it to be a waste.... we may never get the opportunity again.

More emphasis should be layed on His teachings , how we can align our words, thoughts and action in accordance with His teachings rather than the miracles.

Christ caused the chemistry to occur in unimaginable speed. Chemistry was not overthrown but quickened.

The bible said fear not he who can destroy the flesh but not the spirit. It means the spirit of every being lives on after casting off the material body.
Some people who knew Christ 'saw' but could not recognise Christ until their eyes were open; He walked into a locked room after His resurection, He ascended but not all saw the ascension. The Bible also states that flesh and bone have nothing to do with the Kingdom of Heaven....Christ could not have passed through Heaven with flesh and bone. He did not arise with the phyaical body, dust had reunited with dust while Jesus Christ ascended to the Father and reunited with Him.
NO LAW OF GOD WAS VIOLATED, BROKEN OR OVERTHROWN BY CHRIST.
