By that judgment of the Rivers State High Court that Fubara can legally deal with 3 members of the Assembly, he has dealt a mortal blow on Wike and his clowns. They lost the chance to be made parties to the suit because whatever the court will decide will affect them directly and now going on appeal on a matter you weren't a party is pretty difficult if not impossible. Wike didn't see the punch coming.

The state high court cited the pending case in the supreme court on the same matter. The logic was that since the matter is pending determination by the supreme court, the governor can still deal with the Jumbo House. Therefore, the ruling of the state high court will not require appeal after the ruling of the supreme court on the issue.

Meanwhile the matter before the supreme court is about the legitimacy of the action of the governor with implied legitimacy of which state assembly is legitimate which may still change if another court gives an express ruling on the defection status of the pro Wike assembly.

This is not a judgement, besides, Rivers State Government has the right to appeal even upto supreme Court so the fight continues. During Tinubu as Lagos State Governor and Obj as President, Lagos did well and sustained itself with her IGR, without FG allocation.

Meanwhile i am against the move by anybody to stop what is due Rivers State because of political and selfish interest. These money is for the State, me and u, moving to stop it is an evil and wickedness against the entire Rivers people and must be condemned. Tinubu could still spend the IGR because he had a 'legitimate' budget. In this case, spending any money belonging to Rivers State has been declared illegal by this judgement and other ones.

Even the banks housing the IGR are respondents to the case so right now he can't access any pay except he opens new accounts and that is if RIRS was not a respondent.
