Gazzuzz I saw this towed to my mechanic Garage with bad gear.

My mechanic said the conversion was done at Edo state.

He said one thing that he commended them for was the fact that they didn't make any fabrication Incase the owner decides to revert to the original 1mz engine.

I don't know if anyone has seen such cos me i was surprised, had to take pictures.

Hi Guys,

I drive a toyota corolla 2004, i just changed my engine when the old engine was smoking. The old engine was working fine except for the smoke, after changing the engine, i discovered i couldn't go more than 60km/h and climbing hills becomes a problem.

I went back to the mechanic today to complain, so he checked the car with his machine and there was no error code on the machine.

He invited a gear mechanic to check the car and the man tested the car by driving it.,he told us that the problem is the car brain valve and i will need to change it.

My fear now is that i don't want to spend another money on the brain valve and the problem still remains.

Please kindly advise if i can go ahead.

Not bragging bro. Toyota Sienna are easy vehicles to sell on the spot. Keep in mind am not a middle man. People are not giving cars or oyel to sell on their behalf.....

So my prices are pretty reasonable ..... Am working on an 2008 xc90.. Praying the deal goes through. And if the deal does go through. I will post pics and video.

So in essence bro, am not bragging , I humble pass humble Bros....

Also keep in mind. I have access to Craigslist, offerup and occasionally I buy from auctions. But auctions tend to be more expensive than Craigslist and other private sellers .. Facebook market place is also a good place to buy. Even Though have not used them before..

Background: my Corolla '05 was rebuilt (in my absence) last December after it overheated and got the engine knocked. It first had transmission issues where the last gear wasn't engaging. The user forcefully drove it over a long distance and the top engine got burnt.

I picked the car this January, rebuilt the transmission and was well until 3 weeks ago when I changed the oil with Fort's Visco 2000 after about 2000km. Immediately after the oil change, I noticed think white smoke that was visible via the side mirror . Under less than 500km, my oil had gone down to ½.

I changed again to Total's Quartz 5000 but the issue is still persistent; smoking and drying up oil, though the engine still has power but it's making a knocking sound which the mechanic said it's the camshaft/crankshaft.

He said it's the rings and they could sleeve the engine but others have also advised that I do a replacement that a rebuilt won't last.

I seek your kind and professional advice.
