Anytime I climb a speed bump, I hear "kum" underneath. I changed my shocks because of this same sound yet it persists. What could be the problem, please?

Pls house,experienced car user and mechanics,l have been having sleepless nite since some days now,and sorry if my write up is much.Some one advertised a tok Toyota Camry 2003 here on Nairaland. l travelled all d way from Aba to Otta in Ogun state with a car dealer and bought d car,changed oil and travelled to east with d car. Getting to Benin,the car show oil sign on d dash board with small unusual sound. we parked and checked d oil and d oil has dried up completely. We bought 4 litres of Orwando oil and added to it.After some time,d speed can not exceed 60 with out making that noise. We managed to get to Warri and park it. I called my mechanic,he said that d metal is bad and it can be changed from under,while some mechanics l called said that the engine has to be dropedd and do complete over hauling. So pls advise me on the best option to take because am completely depressed right now. And also how to approach the seller.

Please sir I have a 2013 Kia Rio automatic,, anytime I put it in drive, it is stuck in Gear 3. It never does 1 and 2. It takes time to accelerate and used to stall in traffic or when I drive slowly . I changed the fuel pump which stopped the stalling but the. Other issues are still there.

I scanned the car and it was error ECU2SF020. (Pressure control solenoid A. electrical)

The mechanic said it's brain box.

Please sir, I need your opinion and how to proceed with fixing.

Hi everyone,

My father happened to be the first son of my grandfather who automatically inherit his lands and other properties.

My father just died and since I'm the first son of my father. Which means I'm automatically inherit and in charge of those inheritance.

Now my uncles are all ganging up against me. These guys not allowing me to do the burial of my father who passed away for a while now.

They keep giving different excuses on why the burial will not hold.

They gang up and cancel the burial i fixed previously and I lost everything. All what I spent for the burial arrangements was wasted.

I really want to charge them for this.

They are using the influence that if they are not in support the burial will not hold.

These uncles has really fustrate me and I keep spending money and wasting my precious time traveling back to the village for series of meetings just to please them.

Yet they're not approving my burying my father. Not like they are giving me any money for the burial. I'm the one handling it yet they no gree.

They said i cannot inherit the grandfather and my father's properties..so I cannot do my father burial. And these are for their own selfish motives.

The Kingsman and the king supports me and has cautious the uncles to desease from such. But yet they still persist.

I have tried to make peace and peace with them as family concern but yet they are all still ganging up. And wow to fustrate me.

Now my patience has ruined out. I'm in mood for actions now.

I want to take matter higher than the community level with them now.

I'm thinking taking them to court now. But I don't know the process.

I'm seeking for the right direction i can take to solve such issue.

I told my wife to do family planning after our second child, she refused claiming she is not a kid and knows how to prevent herself.

Now she is pregnant and will not terminate it.

My head one bust, been thinking how to survive this economy with 3kids, while earning a salary less than 100k.

She has her niece leaving with us and my own nephew also leaving with us.

Family planning goes both ways, your testicles can be nipped also

Hello all, I need help .

My wife's Honda Accord 2007 ( Discussion Continues) has a nagging issue. The first thing I noticed was the car suddenly jerking and hesitating on top speed like two months ago, it hesitates,jerks ,then picks up. Also,sometimes when entering the house,because it's somehow hilly,the car would refuse to climb except you apply a lot more force to the acccelerator ,with this ,sometimes it climbs and sometimes,it still refuses, you would have to reverse, switch off the AC, put off the car ,then start again so one can climb. I got a mechanic who said he needed to clean the injector, he did and the problem seemed to stop.
After some time, the car would hesitate a lot of time in traffic, but doesn't get to stop, driving wasn't smooth,then shifting gears comes with a lot of jerking ( moving from Park to Reverse or to Drive), the jerking was almost scary. The mechanic who checked said it was throttle body, he replaced it and the jerking when shifting gears was addressed significantly but the car hesitation still continued, it behaves like the fuel supply gets cut off intermittently.

This is how the car behaves, it suddenly hesitates like it won't move, then suddenly forcefully surges forward and continues moving. This happens intermittently and is quite annoying.

The mechanic again said it was something that had to do with the transmission, he claimed he changed some parts, topped up the transmission oil, changed the filter etc. The car seemed to be okay when I drove for some kilometers then the same symptoms showed up again.

The car was scanned like 2 months ago when the symptoms started showing up and I have attached the scan results here. Someone,kindly advise on what I should do next .

I have this code P0016 after scanning my 2011 Camry. The top gasket was changed in January and since then the check engine refused to clear. The car sounds well, it's just that it jerks a bit while on neutral position or packed. Mechanics hv checked and they advised me to keep driving it like that. Timing and sensors were confirmed okay.

Please can anyone recommend a good mechanic in Awka and a possible solution.?

Okay just found this thread of people asking GAZZUZZ so abeg make I ask too.

My Corolla 2014 S drive shaft seems to be faulty. Noises when turning steering. Tried greasing but continued after a while.

Out here they say I can change the shaft heads or buy complete shafts.

What is the best option? Complete shafts seem to be more expensive though and I wonder if it's the same effect.

Also if you recommend buying the full thing, Do I buy Tokunbo or new one? Who do you recommend I buy from? Can you share A contact ?

What will make a Honda Accord 2008 EX-L, 4 cylinders start to temporarily lose power for like 1 second while being driven?

The power failure is hardly noticeable by passengers except when the radio system is on and it goes off and comes back on immediately for like half a second.

I noticed an improvement once the AC is switched off as the frequency is longer

My toyota Corolla I bought a week ago, the key broke and I lossed the sensor inside the key.. I have made a new key but the car still won't program with the new sensor.. the technician has loosed the brainbox and took the key and the sensor with him.. he wants to go and program them... My people abeg make una help me because I am stressed out.. is there any other way around this.. any solutions?

I hv been using mobil xhp right from time immemorial and when i started using the car for ehailing i started changing d oil every month due to what i learnt here abt xhp, as at then i make enquiry if i can change to synthetic but i was made to understand it's better to continue with d mobil but service regularly which hv been doing tho its tiring. After dec hustle i went for general servicing and we discovere they were sludge in d top engine so it was removed and cleaned with fuel with d sump, copled back, as we hv clean the engine na i decided to start using gastrol synthetic but it keeps showing oil light so they said d oil is too light for my engine, we flush it out and went back to my mobil and d light went off car went back to normal but the only thing i noticed after d clean up was dat my oil reduces doesn't get to dat second top gauge after some days replacing oil unlike before my oil never goes past d top gauge, fastforward to this incident car was running fine and smoothly until i saw d oil light blinked on 3rd mainland bridge before d car went off , we checked n oil was inside.. mechanic said d oil pump was damaged and couldn't pump oil again dat i could hv stopped immediately i saw d light blinking

While on my way to lekki (of cause check engine light came on).
I also noticed serious fuel consumption and some kind of unusual acceleration (although it accelerate perfect after some kind of 'force push' from the beginning).
After scanning, 2 codes came on :
P0172 and p0101
Pls help my car gurus.

Thanks boss, you're a real boss.
What I did? Clean the throttle body with carburettor cleaner and also dust the air filter, so far it's driving well with no CEL, only that it sometimes starts abnormally like it wanna go off then picked fine mostly in the morning (suspecting my fuel pump).
Then I noticed this part close to the maf sensor rattles. (pics uploaded) I mean it makes rattling sound when engine is working . Please is it normal?
