TESTIMONY TIME
I installed the thermostat back, temp gauge is half way. my RPM has reduced from 1500- 800 which I guess it's OK once engine warms up.
I've driven vehicle for at least 30mins to rule out over heating. My fuel consumption has improved
Am experiencing hard starting after installing thermostat , I haven't also added coolant yet.

Ops, thanks for the redirect. I'll do as you say again. It was scanned at Radautoworks (they claimed so) and there was no fault.
What price range will it cost to install spacers including Workmanship and will it have appreciable better mileage

Used 4 minutes him, tube, insulation tape and scotch tape to mend my Skoda Octavia turbo hose.
Hose blew on a trip to Enugu from ph. A journey of 4 hours turned to 6.
Couldn't get the hose in Enugu so got to work patching it. The finished work was impressive and held for two months until I replaced the hose.
Even my in-law who witnessed the fix asked if I was a Kazeem.
