I swear, it's funny, I sold a V6 vehicle to buy the baby, and I run 1500 in two hours, I never considered it annoying until I have to refuel twice yesterday at 2000 each, after driving for just about 2hrs, I wan die. Na there I know say e don happen.

It was not rectified. That's because it was never a problem.

That issue mostly happens in Nigeria so Honda is not aware of the problem. If fact, the 2003-7 accord is a smoother car to the 2008 accord.

The only issue to rectify is to advice Honda users to buy only oem ball joints. Any chinko ball joint is bound to fail this way.

My 2003 accord is 4 yrs so far and have not replaced that ball joint yet. When i need to, i will either buy toks or order oem.

I thought I was the only one that noticed.

Guys can I get some respite here.

I had removed the battery from my Avensis for sometime since I was not using it. Last week I reinstalled it but i had to touch the keyless object on the start button before starting the car. I travelled again only to come back yesterday and have tried everything but the car won't start.

I changed batteries in the hope that this will help but to no avail. Horn, light, etc are all functioning. The dashboard instruction only says, depress break pedal and push engine switch to start. I have been doing that all afternoon in this scorching heat.

Anyone knows what I am not doing right please.

It's a four banger sir, I av been hearing a knocking sound, didn't know it was oil pump, not until the car just stop working and when I start it, the car respond and go off.

the conclusion of your diagnosis is that oil pump is the cause?

A friend is coming to Nigeria for a short holiday and need a car to run around.
The choice is between a clean naija use Honda end of discussion(EOD) and neatly used Toyota camry(Tiny light or big daddy).

He prefer the EOD due to body sleekness, but I advice against it due to reselling the eod will takes times but he does not fancy camry due to the body shape and tiny light being very easy to steal in lagos.

Average cost of clean EOD(800K),He agreed he can resell 700k.....
Average cost of Big daddy camry 900k
Tiny light 700k.....

All prices are from observation on olx and nairaland.....PLEASE HELP WITH CHOICES TO MAKE

Fellow nairalander I need your help on this decision. I've been using a 2006 Toyota Corolla since last year, no single issue as the car is a good an reliable car but very boring, and too light. So I just sold off last week to get a Camry 2.4. But just yesterday a friend introduced me to a dealer who has a Nigerian used Camry 2007 for sale at a price of 750 with an engine issue. I tested the car but the engine is weak and he adviced I'll have to change the change. I told him I'll get back to him tomorrow. The car has been resprayed but has a neat interior. From where it has been parked, you can see that it's been there like that for 2 or 3 months. The interior is okay and neat. My question is one, is the price a good bargain? And secondly after changing the engine, is there anything to be weary about ?
