Its not written on the bottle dat it is premixed so i assume its not. To be on the safe side i think you shud mix it with water (50:50) for best results

On your gear leaver you will see a button to enable or disable overdrive, press it and light will go away. You should read your vehicle manual.

for cars like yours, it's not straight forward, a lot of diagnosis is required. You will need experienced trust worthy hands that are ready to fix older vehicles (not every tech wants to fix older cars) try this guy in PH he might take your job.
