nigerhead:Mou is over-hyped.Nothing special about him.Spirit of sportmanship is zero.Braggart believes he can win every game.If he doesnt ,then the opposition did some wrong.I m willing to bet Barca will alwayz cut him to size.Barca is more than a football team.I wonder if any of RM players can measure up to Alexi Sanchez, let alone Messi.Barca are just too savvy, technically. nigerhead:Mou is over-hyped.Nothing special about him.Spirit of sportmanship is zero.Braggart believes he can win every game.If he doesnt ,then the opposition did some wrong.I m willing to bet Barca will alwayz cut him to size.Barca is more than a football team.I wonder if any of RM players can measure up to Alexi Sanchez, let alone Messi.Barca are just too savvy, technically. |
Shocking. |
Any basis for comparison between JAMB and SAT? |
That would be an unprecedented achievement |
There are two 190's.The 'original' ana the 'counterfeit or '190 wannabe',lol. The original is the most annoying .He has my vote. |
We witnessed some "criminal" defending by our defenders. You dont defend like that at a world championship. They gave the french forwards lots of spaces to operate. The Nigerian goalkepper is brilliant, but he is too short.A taller keeper might have prevented the second goal. The DF wasnt effectivetin breaking up play. We also lacked the killer instinct in the final third. And the time -wasting tactics of the French coupled with some dodgy calls by the Referee did not help matters. |
Make her boyfriend just dey play with her punny joor.No wahala |
This is good news for Ghana and I congratulate them. However, this is not the time to start shouting hosana hosana. Ghana is the fastest growing economy at the moment mainly because of oil exports and nothing else. Equatorial Guinea was once the fastest growing economy in the world when they started pumping oil from one of their biggest oil fields but in real development most roads in that country are untarred, and most of their citizens live in abject poverty. You can start shouting and praising God when you see real developments in Ghana. Most things in Ghana are either made in Nigeria, Asia or America. Enter any shop or super market in Ghana and see things for yourself. Almost every item in Ghana has NAFDAC registration number. Ghana is just like any other black African country. The Ghanaian politicians are very corrupt, which is why the have run down almost every government establishment in Ghana, from multi billion dollar companies like Ghana Airways to Ghana telecom to the smallest companies. Bc of corruption Ghana has over 4000 basic schools organized under trees, most roads in Ghana are being constructed/rehabilitated by the USA via Millennium Challenge Account. Most Ghanians live in poverty, most Ghanians cant read and write, 60% of Ghanians poo open air since they are too poor to build toilets etc. While many of Ghanas citizens are happy with the new oil find, the politicians are busy stealing as much as they can. Ghana is the second largest producer of cocoa in the world just after Ivory Coast, producing over 20% of the world’s cocoa beans. Ghana is also the second largest producer of gold in the world (its former name was Gold Coast) and has huge deposits of industrial diamonds and bauxite (aluminum). If after 54 years of independence Ghana has nothing to show with all the gold and cocoa, then i doubt if they can move an inch with the recent oil find. Nigeria was a far much better country before the advent of oil. We were the envy of all nations back then. With our agro based economy we were self sufficient and most European countries stopped giving us aid because our economy was better than theirs. But suddenly we discovered oil and became lazy and everything changed. The government of Ghana should learn from Nigeria's mistakes. Diversify your economy as fast as you can and stop relying solely on cocoa/gold/oil for income. The government should build standard schools and make education free to all Ghanians, from primary to secondary school. Primary school education is free in Ghana at the moment and the pupils get free feeding as well. They should extend this to secondary schools. Its a shame you come to Ghana and so many grown up boys and girls, including taxi drivers cannot speak even pidgin English, they expect everyone, including foreigners to speak their native language Twi, its a shame. Such people should be sent to adult education. The government should also invest heavily in agriculture, and encourage/support SME's, financially and otherwise. The sad thing is the Ghanaian politicians are not sincere. Even before the oil money started flowing last year, they signed a Multi Billion Dollar contract with STX Korea to build low cost housing estate for Ghana thereby mortgaging the future of Ghanian's after collecting so much bribe behind the scenes. The saddest thing is that these low cost houses will be built by Koreans instead of using Ghanaian companies. This is complete waste of public fund and over 70% of Ghanian's are against this deal but yet the government cannot cancel it bc they have already collected bribes.
You really Ghana to the cleaners there. She is Nigerias "lousy next door neighbour." |
The list seems fair. The list seems fair. |
dramenda:"Imaging" or" Imagine"? |
Communism wont work in a society like Nigeria. No question about that. |
Thats quite an extreme measure to take. |
Fantastic. |
Excellent. |
someone, somewhere apparently needs ransom from Mikel. |
You may also want to try Delta which flies direct to Atlanta on a cool boeing 777-200.They also serve Nigerian delicacies on board. Not cheap though |

royalkleen:Suxes is right. And btw,why is he reluctant to send you such documents if he is your brother? He has to prove that he is able to support you during the period of your stay in the US by sending financial docs.Consular officers are always pressed for time, thus they may not ask for such docs. But,sometimes they do.Therefore,it is better to take them along. royalkleen:Suxes is right. |
Rumour mongers are at it again. |
Nothing spectacular about the French, but they were terrific at the back. Now,we are left to ponder on what mipht have been.Only if we had defended better.Only if we had played to our potentials.Only if, |
We can do better than this |
By ringing the team prior to the game against the English, the Nigerian president unwittingly put the team under pressure. This accounted for their average performance in the match. The team does not need a Presidential call ,while preparing for a crucial game. Its a distraction.A team that practically streamrolled its way through the group stage, sweeping her opponents aside with breathtaking attacking display,is very well motivated.Nigerian politicians should take note. Concerning todays game, somebody is about to be taught some lessons in football. |
yem boy:We cant be talking about winning the cup when we are yet to play the quarter final match. |
