The information posted by those who have attended their interviews could be of great use to those who are yet to attend their own interviews by giving them an idea of what to expect.Many people who have had their visas rejected in the past because they did not have useful information about the process.Questions could be asked and answers provided. I paid for US visa appointment at UBA bank on january b4 they change their policy. Plz house help me,can i still use it to book appointment now, ?

why did you keep your receipt for so long without booking an appointment?They changed their visa appointment system on March 1 and they publicized it,massively.I think the deadline for those who paid their MRV fees before March 1 to book an appointment was april.I dont think you can use that receipt again.You could still direct your enquiry to usvisa@state.gov.

As the Uefa Champions league Final Approaches,debates have been raging as to who will win the game.Firstly,Barcelona are regarded as the best team in the world right now ,meaning they remain favourites for the cup.But,football is not mathematics and United will be looking to spring a surprise.
Recently,reports had it that an agent of United had been studying Messi for the last two years with a view to curtailing his threat whenever both sides meet.United thinks they need to nullify the threat of Messi,to stand any chance of winning this game.It remains to be seen whether this Argentine whizkid will be able to run their defence ragged.

Essentially,united relies heavily on its wingers to deliver wicked crosses into the box with Rooney and  co waiting in the wings to volley home.That is the crux of their game .You have to be able to mark Valencia and Giggs out of a game and also deprive Rooney of any kind of influence to defeat Man united.Will Barca be able to do this?

Having said that ,i think Barca will play total possesion football on that day and Iniesta and the phenomenal Xavi pulling the strings in midfield.Man united should be ready to be under the crush for most parts of the game but they will be devastating on the  counter-attacks .Having lost to Barca in the 2009 final,will United lie-low and allow Barca to take this one again?Or would it be a case of once-beaten twice shy for united?

The petty politics being played by President Jonathan with the unfortunate disturbances in parts of the country following the massive rigging of the April 16 Presidential Elections ,shows the tragic incompetence that is governing Nigeria at its pathetic worst.

Contrary to the vile propaganda by President Jonathan,that the Congress For Progressive Change(CPC) was justifying the unrest,it is clear that he is the one who cannot rise beyond base politics when statesmanship is what is required.

Beyond the twisted logic of the Official bulletin of the ruling party,pretending to be news medium,there is nowhere anybody associated with us in any form ,has provided justification for the crisis in the manner a PDP governor has done.The only sour truth we have pointed out,is that those who willfully violate the right of the people to freely choose their leaders, are vicariously liable for the outrage of the mob.

While we want justice for the people who lost their lives,we need to alert the whole world that the handling of this issue by President Jonathan, is the worst form of mischief dance on the graves of the dead.Our position is anchored on the following,

1.It is galling that a President who has not shaken off the allegation that he distributes dollars within Nigeria, will value a slain corper who would have been a breadwinner for life for his family at a token sum.The motive behind this gesture could at best only be a photo-op with the families and not genuine concerns for the dead;

2.The Federal Government by law has no powers to investigate any disturbances outside the Federal Capital Terittory as pronounced by the Supreme Court in Fawehinmi vs Babangida.The 22-man panel set up by the President is therefore a hollow ritual,meant to just play politics with a serious national tragedy.
Ironically,Justice Samson Uwaifo who has been made the Deputy chairman of this illegal panel,was on the Supreme Court panel that gave that decision.He presently chairs a Truth commission in Osun state as only states have such powers;

Well, if you are a Nigerian (most Yoruba's are Nigerians last time i checked). And you are confused about who you are. Then you are quite unfortunate, both you and all your fellow travelers. People make up tribes, and tribes make up a country (in the case of Nigeria). As much as you and your ilk will like to pretend that you are not Nigerians, that is what you are first. Osam Bin Laden calculated how many Americans would have to be killed to force the US from the Middle East,US officials say,citing his seized journal and other files.

The Al-Qaeda leader wrote that smaller attacks since 9/11 were not having the desired impact.Bin Laden also urged his followers to strike smaller cities and hit trains.

The documents were seized during last week's US raid on Bin Laden's hideout in Pakistan in which he was killed.
The Us officials who spoke on condition of anonymity,say Bin Laden's personal,handwritten diary and computer files reveal his hand in every major Al-Qaeda threat.

Seperately,members of Us congress are being shown photos of Bin Laden taken immediately after he was shot dead.Oklahoma Republican senator,James,described the Pictures as pretty "gruesome".One of the shots appeared to have entered to have entered or exited through an ear,he told CNN.
The gunshots left parts of Bin Laden's brain hanging out of his eye socket,Mr.Inhofe said. Full story here

Two critical bills before the National Assembly may not be passed if their promoters fail to make  #2.5bn available to some members of the National Assembly,investigation by our correspondent has revealed.The bills are the Petroleum Industry Bill and the Sovereign wealth fund Bill.  Our correspondent gathered from reliable sources in the Petroleum industry that some members of the National Assembly had demanded $10 to be paid upfront,from the promoters of the PIB,before it would be passed.

It was learnt that the bill,which had been delayed since the draft was made available in 2009,was currently being given accelerated treatment because some agreements had been reached on the legislators demand.

"This is what goes on in our democracy.I can assure that if the PIB will be passed before May 29,as has been said,it would have cost the authoritins $10m.Thats the price;its like a blackmail",a top official in the Petroleum industry,who asked not to be named because of the delicate nature of the matter,said.Continue here,

It is an abberation for anyone to berate Mikel for his appalling goal scoring record as that his not his primary role.His role is to sit at the base of the midfield and protect the defence.But of course he has come in for some scathing criticism with regards to how effectively he has handled this job.

Its certainly over for Chelsea

Manchester united fc just brushed Chelsea aside with a masterclass display.Honestly,it could have been 4-0 at the end of the 1st half.Rooney influenced the game phenomenally,while Hernandez and Valencia were live wires all game.

It was a lethargic performance by Chelsea in the first -half,but they did put United under the crush during some brief spells in the 2nd half.Its a flattering scoreline from Chelsea's point of view.United have one hand on the title following this win.What do you all think about the match?

in some crucial games,Mikel has been sacrificed for offensive playes.For example,during today's game against Manchester united,he was hauled off at half time for Ramires with Essiem switching to the DF role.He comes behind Essien in the pecking order due to the latter's explosive approach to games.I do not mean to disparage Mikel in this thread but to offer some constructive criticism.
