Why do we need Sharia in the first place? Are our laws not sufficient enough? |
May her soul rest in perfect peace. |
Elusive001:Don't have hypertension over people/things you know nothing about. |
Rather than propose bills to move the nation forward starting from constitution ammendment, they are thinking of creating more states to add more criminals to power. The creation of states worsened the economy compared to when we had just regions. It never brought the government closer to the people, it only created opportunity for more criminals. |
If the one telling a lie chooses to deceive himself, his listeners know the truth. |

This isn't mid life crisis. My advice is that you keep working hard and believing things will get better one day. Try as much as you can not to compare. Life is a marathon thus, we keep pushing till we make it. |
unmask:The article suggested his firm is footing his CSR bills. |
Peter536:Then you owe him nothing. |
Nnamdipapa:I believe people need more education on this. |
I also believe there is the part of the African immigrant not taking the whole process serious and thereby not getting the best of litigation. I only know two divorced couples and in both cases, the judgment was fair in that they were granted joint custody and mandated not to live more than 5 miles apart from each other. No party was asked to pay child support, I am guessing because both party earns six figures annually and have joint custody. However, the men lost out on the equity they had in the mortgage as they were told to leave the property for the women and the women going forward should pay for the mortgage. I guess people should know there is no shame in the game and should speak up so that they can get good advice and perhaps, good family lawyers. A friend who also went through a divorce, in this case I don't know the wife, and got full custody of their daughter said he learned that some of the lawyers connive to make money off the family. He gave an example where he witnessed another couple's divorce which he saved. He said every time he was in court, he noticed the lawyers of the man and woman come ahead and they have discussion. He said he was privy to their discuss on the final day where the woman's lawyer told the man's lawyer he has convinced the woman to claim she wants the property and his intention was to ensure she sells it and they (both lawyers) will make so much gain if the man's lawyer can convince the man to accept the woman's plea. He said he recorded it unknowingly to the lawyers and he played it to the couple and that was how they said they no longer want the divorce. So in some cases, these lawyers try to play a fast one on us. |
Is the maximum number of occupants written on the contract 1? Is it written in the contract that you can't bring people to live with you? Is it written in the contract that for each person that lives with you there will be additional expenses payable to the landlord? Read through your contract first. |
Good he is doing some CSR however, what is the net worth of his businesses to cover for these expenses? |
May his soul rest in perfect peace. The impatient okada rider has caused a family a great and unforgettable pain. |

cococandy:No but I am in the US as a Canadian. I prefer it here however, I need defend my country of citizenship too. |
Wish Canada had positioned herself better before now. We shouldn't wait until a time like this to take actions. Our dependence on the US is a bit too much. |

Now, it is clear why he lost his license and the likely reason he took his life. |
Ilekokonit:You are right on the good wife. We discussed this before marriage and when she wasn't working, she knew I never hid a penny so, I guess I must have built trust. Besides, mine is also on the table. |
Dpsychologist:It doesn't have to be but it is about fiscal responsibility. |
Ishilove:No it wouldn't. That is what I do and everyone around me does the same. It is the fastest way to peel beans. |
We will be alright at last. The idea of changing posts to suit an individual will only make things worse. |
Unfortunately, some men think providing is what makes them the man/head of the home. As such, they don't mind slaving away for the title. In my house, we have our principle which is a joint contribution of 95% of net income and it is my job to draw out the budget (it covers everything even to hair cut/braiding and buying of personal hygiene kits) and discuss it with madam. The remaining 5% for each party can be spent on whatever either party wants. This way, there's no pressure since we both know where we are. At the end of each month, we do a mini audit by discussing what was properly done and what could have been managed better. |
faxana:Pour it in a blender and add boiling water to it, leave it for about 45 seconds and pulse about 6 times. Pour it into a big bowl, add lots of water and you will see the peels floating. That's the fastest way I know to peel beans. |
luminouz:No go kill yourself on top my matter ooo. If all you read from my post doesnt align with your ideology, why not move on? It is your low self esteem and your fake pride that makes you bother about how any gender feels about your post. I sabi your type with low testosterone qey dey try form manly by force wey you no be. Abeg, no be your type I dey follow waka for real life. |
irumole1975:What will come back to me? People have issues in marriage wherever they are however, most humans are not so evil to the point that they disregard/take advantage of the sincerity of their spouse. |
luminouz:Do you have problem with comprehension? Where did you read my comment about the dead man in this case? If you have a problem with my opinion, it's your business because I don't have to reason the way you do. |
