Thank you. tshoboy: Sorry about this, but not much can be done if they don’t want to sponsor again. Looks like you have to continue searching. All the best. |

Like I said, I told the Head of recuitment when we had the conversation earlier and she said "that's fine".. Also, their shifts are 12 hours (it doesn't fit my work permit) in a day, there's no way I wouldbe able to work there with my 20hrs limit in the first place. They know this because I clearly stated it in my application. So why shortlist for interview in the first place if you cant sponsor for me to work. I cant even work there because the employment is for full time. Are they not confused like this? TheGuyFromHR: Not sure where the issue of "playing a fast one" comes up.
Firstly, employers do not owe employees without UK citizenship/settled status a COS.
Secondly, the rules are the rules and they state that there is a minimum salary threshold to be met before an employer can issue a COS. Check to see if your proposed salary exceeds that minimum. And there are many people who are earning above the minimum salary for sponsorship but are not being sponsored - part of the job of HR departments is to routinely notify such people in advance of their current visas' expiration that they are required to provide HR with proof of another valid visa.
Lastly, if they are not offering you sponsorship, you either accept that and take the job or move on.

Hi all, I recently got an NHS HCA job. On the job ad. It was stated that those who need tier 2 sponsorship can apply and will be considered. During to document checks, I submitted my BRP wish was a student one and has 20hrs work permit. The HR team called me and raised the concern I then told her that I will need COS to be able to switch visa and work full time. She asked what visa i would need and i told her health and care workers visa. She wrote it down and said ok.. when they finally sent my Unconditional offer letter, the COS wasn't included then I sent a mail back saying I didn't get the COS and kindly requested for it. They replied back saying because the post doesn't meet the salary threshold, they wont be able to issue COS. I sent a mail back quoting the job ad that says this post is open to those who also require sponsorship. And they said unfortunately there's nothing they can do. Pls guys is this really ok or they are trying to play a fast one? LagosismyHome Lexusgs430 justwise TheGuyFromHR |

Tobexin Pls sir, can u give us some names of those schools
The formula my mentor told me is this
1. Look for schools with high standards in remote part of England which cost of living is very low
2. Look for available booming student jobs in the area and apply
3. Save up money because The cost of living will be very low and you will have enough after paying your bills
4. 3 months to graduation send your CVs to the big companies in the big Cities
5. If employed, pack your load and leave the |

Very clear now! Thank u sir/ma Fwaz: You can request for another 28days statement from your bank. Let's say from 01may to 28may bank statement is what you used in obtaining your CAS from your school and your CAS was issued to you on 5june, go back to your bank and request for another 28days statement pending when you choose to apply for your visa.. if you chose to apply on 6june, your 28days should start counting from 9may to 5june if I'm not mistaking |
Travel › Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 3 by Geesucc: 1:56pm On Mar 14, 2020 |
hosey: It is not compulsory and it can be the same bank statement as long as the bank statement is no more than 31 days before your biometrics appointment in the visa application centre.
Ensure that any bank statement you use is less than 31 before your biometrics appointment in the visa application centre. That is the law. Biko the CAS thing is not clear.. u said and I quote "So if you show your bank statement to your school by May and pay the allotted deposit, you will receive CAS by June and then apply for visa. " how then is it now possible to use the same statement when its already a month past the first statement from may to June?? Pls clarify sir |
