You are right. I will wait patiently till September ending before applying Teemenzo: Its best you have a very strong application and get a very early response that shabby application and be denied or be delayed. The choice is yours. |

Wow, six months will mean waiting till September before applying for visa. I am suppose to resume school by January. I don't know if September will be enough time to get a visa for January. I don't know, I am just confused Teemenzo: If its a new account, make it six months so that the VO doesn't see the money as demonstration. |

Good afternoon. Please help me. Is providing a pof for four or five months bad? With huge bal that can cover my expenses after paying my full tuition fees. I actually opened a current account in April specially for this purpose. I also made sure that my salary is reflecting on this same account. I will be applying soon I don't know if four months statement is enough.? Teemenzo: Yeah but the person asking should take his or her time to build such account. No be to drop some bars within one week or one month and say POF don ready ooo. And no be to go forge POF with the bank |

Thank you very much for this encouragement.. I will work on achieving a quality statement of purpose MaameU: Based on my personal experience, it won't affect your application as long as you do the right things to convince the visa officer. Your LOE will be your main tool in convincing the visa officer. Let me share my experience (or rather my husband's). This year, my husband wanted to go for a graduate certificate programme and was worried that because he already had a Masters and his job as well as education was unrelated to his chosen certificate programme, he will not be able to show career progression which will result in a visa refusal. He is a chartered accountant with masters in finance and decided to go for a graduate certificate in data analytics (This was his heart desire. He didn't want to do any other programme). I did extensive research on his behalf here on nairaland and wrote his LOE for him (all LOE guidance can be found here as well just that it is scattered all over. ). He got his visa last Friday after exactly 70 days of submitting his application. All I did in that LOE was to show that his studies will add value to his professional life. Nairaland has a wealth of information for everyone's situation if only you will search for it. Though there are also discouraging posts here, concentrate on those that will allow you to achieve your objective. Above all pray for God's favor and never give up. Infact, in your case too, a graduate certificate in supply chain mgt will add value to your professional life. Keep that in mind. |

Thsnks so much for the reply. I appreciate Lekiboboe: I will assume your work experience as a STOCK ACCOUNTANT has a connection with SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, which means you are pursuing Career Progression. If that's the case, you are good to go even though you have a masters.
Await additional Inputs from the house |
