I got an unconditional offer to study in the UK in January '23. I'm about to pay deposit fee but I've some concerns.

1. My passport expires in May 2023 which is shorter than 6 months to the start of the programme. Can this affect my visa application?

2. I've 2 dependents, but due to some circumstances, they can't join me now. Can they apply for and get dependent visas during my 2-year PSW visa?
Please, someone should help me with answers to these questions.

I am having the same concern too. My passport expires in May 2023 but I am hoping it won't be an issue. 80% tuition paid thou and my POF matures next week

Tried 2 different branches and got the same responses. More reason I kept $700 + my POF for running but it's has always been no $.

I have tried to make redrawal from the account but whenever I visit first bank I am told they don't have dollars and I can't do interbank transfers except to first bank only. I tried explaining the need and why I should run the account but they turn deaf ears to my plea saying they don't have dollars.

You can make transactions. You can always withdraw and deposit money. As long as you have enough money to be doing that. Say if your proof of funds is £9,207 and you have £11,207 in the account, you can use the excess of £2,000 to be making transactions. You can withdraw £200 today, withdraw £700 next week, deposit back £500 the following week etc Just make sure it's different figures you're withdrawing and depositing.

A friend from University days was offered mgt to study at Hertfordshire with a 3rd class degree. She paid £5,000 part tuition last week, I guess u applied late, though she applied using the university's agent

I applied with my statement of result and got admission on the 3rd day but you have to present your Cerificate before CAS can be issued

I got admission to study at The University of Sundrland, London campus. I have paid half of my tuition fees but my worries is my International passport which expires may 2023. I have Gone to immigration office for renewal but was told I can't apply for another passport until 6months before the expiration of my current passport. Can I apply for Visa with the about to expire passport?

Also, Can I use my dollar domiciliary account as proof of fund?

Call any of the numbers in the text message sent to you. I went to thier branch at ipaja and got undetailed report. Called one of the 3 mobile no and the guy directed me to thier Egbeda branch.

I asked the guy to check the amount approved before I can sign anything, he told me N200,000 was approved after requesting for my BVN.

Met a guy that there that rejected the amount given to him cos he applied for N3,000,000 but N650,000 was approved

I got a message from Lapo bank requesting for my passport and means of identification because I am among NYIF beneficiary.

The interesting thing is that my name is not among those shortlisted for the training nor did I get any mail from them.

Their website is not going to confirm the amount approved to me. Does anyone have idea on how to check?

CITA has to do with company income tax as the name implies.

It solely deals with the company income, whereas, Gift is never a company income rather a benefit in kind to the employees as such it falls to PITA category.
