i think he is more of a practical man ..he fought in the nigerian civil war ...Buhari came in as a non commision officer ..the present army officers we have now dont have war experience ,they are just NDA graduates and useless womanisers ..and this is evidence in the war against boko haram ..it is just unbelieveable that the almighty Nigerian army cannot defeat Boko haram , what happenned to the kill anf go police that used to quell armed bandits .
