I never supported Obasanjo, never voted for him despite belonging to the same tribe. But I do not support Obi because his track records in Anambra where he was governor for 8 years pale beside Tinubu's records in Lagos. It's not about tribe. Politics should be about momentum, atmospherics and optics. Things you can feel and see.

The Lekki free trade zone we see today was a vision of Tinubu in 2003 which he began in 2006. Jakande opened up the Lekki peninsula but it wasn't developed before Tinubu and you wouldn't even think it would ever become one of the top areas of Lagos in terms of Real Estate and investments today.

The man Tinubu has contacts and links of investors in Europe, China, and America and this has helped Lagos greatly right from his time.

Even as far back as 1992 as a Senator we could see his link with investors and the private sector.

Benue was always possible because of their Popular Governorship candidate, the Reverend Father Alia nicknamed "Yes Father" coupled with the hatred for Ortom in PDP who was a disaster as a Governor.

He is loved all over Benue and have been campaigning for APC. This is why they say politics is local not only online.

As for Rivers State, it was clear to me the moment Wike employed new 200,000 special advisers some months ago. Labour party may have won PortHarcourt and the urban areas but not the many local Government areas dedicated to Wike. Also in the riverines even enemies of Wike like Asari Dokubo were all united on delivering Tinubu.

Both Rivers and Benue were clear to me from like a month ago.

However, I agree the INEC did not live up to expectation which is a fault of INEC majorly.

Even in the freest and fairest election Tinubu will still come up victorious because the opposition are divided.

I look at some people here saying Tinubu is in his eighties and shake my head. There's no way that guy is above 71. He got sick. I first noticed how sick he was in 2007 at Ben Bruce's birthday party. A problem all the regimes before him had no answer to. He solved it with a masterstroke. And you know the most amazing part of it? He did it at no cost to Lagos State. He made sure Eko Atlantic was financed 100% by the private sector! Zilch from Lagos State. And Victoria Island was salvaged.
I thumprinted boldly for him on Saturday.

You would soon be called enemy of Nigeria.
