Delegates are accepted to participate together as a group of 2 to 7 persons from each country or organization; you can also participate as an individual if you don’t have a group. The independent donors and the organization sponsors are responsible for participants traveling documents (Visa) application processing and Air round trip tickets to attend the conference and there will also be translators present at the conference for all major languages. Note that participants will only be responsible to pay for their hotel accommodation charges with the recommended hotel.


Your registration file will be open after we have received your filled registration forms and your hotel booking confirmation receipt. You are to contact the hotel management immediately and make your room booking to secure your hotel accommodation. We shall send you an official invitation letter immediately after the confirmation of your registration to enable you to obtain a U.S visa to participate in this event. Just look at it like this, a guy who worked hard to buy himself fairly used 2010 Toyota Camry for 1.5m in 2015 parked at mall to buy something and another man came in with 2013 model Toyota land cruiser that he stole for 1m through government. The people in the mall will pay more attention in providing the needed service to the man with Land cruiser because he is considered the wealthiest.
