According to the statement, Tinubu commended the firms for making investments in a country that offers “the best returns for investment possible”, adding that “there’s nowhere else like our country”.

He asked the investors to put their fears aside, assuring that he leads a team that can drive the goal of broad prosperity through investment and infrastructure.

“Do not procrastinate. Don’t be frightened about investments in Nigeria. Bring it on. Ask your questions and make your requests. The trade and investment opportunities are enormous. I have a team, and I am the captain of that team, and I assure you that we solve problems,” the statement quoted Tinubu as saying.

“I will captain and lead the course of investment, development, and prosperity for the largest democracy in Africa and for investors from the rest of the world.”

Constitution said for you to win a national election in Nigeria, you need to have 25% in at least 24 states and FCT!. Constitution didn’t state you must have 25% in a particular place or so..

Now Obi supporters are saying what the constitution is saying is that 25% is a must in Abuja! They’re saying FCT has a special status! How could that be so? Are the Nigerians living in Abuja different from the ones living in Ibadan or Kano? Lack of good interpretation of English is their problem..

It is what the court is saying now. It was a fallacious if not outrightly ludicrous" something! Why would any sane human be even thinking Abuja people are special than the rest Nigerians? Do they have 2 heads? .... That’s a complete fallacy bro! Obi lawyers are baby lawyers!

In statement of oath, PW12 stated that he has concluded the analysis on March 20 and again said the it has been concluded in May 2023.

It shows the forensic analysis was not concluded before filing the petitions, hence his statement is manifestly unreliable.

PW13 is the only PO called up as witness in this petition.

Court relying on IG Police clearance that was gotten from US Embassy upon enquiry about criminal records of Tinubu.

We also showed headless mob the clearance but they said Obi will go to DEA,FBI etc to bring original evidence grin

Obj was the one that requested for the clearance back then through the IGP. We told them all but they wouldn’t listen cuz they headless..

Can you now see why this case was so easy for Wole Olanipekun. Tbh, At first, I was surprised he didn’t take much time to defend all their watery petitions during the proceedings. He also used 1 stone to kill 2 birds! ( Handled both Pdp & Lp together )

They made noise but didn’t do what they were suppose to do.

Peter Obi should gather his lawyers in one room, nak3d them, and flooog them mercilessly with kobokos soaked in kerosene for 2 weeks.

Sentiment aside, Obi's lawyer seems very dull at what they did! They were not smart. One thing is to know the law, another thing is to understand how to use the law against your opponent. This is where Wole Olanipekun stand out..

That being said, Obi himself messed up the whole case from the beginning; He said we won the case and we'll prove it in court. E reach court, he couldn't prove how he won! He couldn't prove anything different from the original results!

You can hear the judge saying... Petitioner claimed his votes were reduced but didn't state numbers nor polling units. It's a total bullshiiit honestly!

The moment his lawyers got to know there was nothing to prove at all, (tho they can't tell Obi cuz they have to get paid) they resulted to disqualification - they'd be like, *make e no be like say we didn't do anything*

This case was the easiest case Olanipekun had come across. Atiku Vs Buhari was more detailed & thick than this..

Atiku's petition is being bloodied as I type.

How can you approach the Tribunal without clear cut evidence. The Tribunal Judge was so clear and pointed out the loopholes in their petition.

For instance, Atiku claimed his votes were reduced without citing exact number of votes that was reduced and the pooling booth it took place.
The tribunal said it was too generic and evasive and lacks substance.

Zulum is good. I even like him myself. If he has a presidential ambition, I expect him to have started his moves already. Cuz certainly, when ticket goes back to north, many of them will contest for the ticket..
