This should be, so that the chairman or any of his/her electoral team will not want to favour a section that brought him/her to office. & lastly (3.)We Nigerians' should leave our LONGTHROAT intrest,that we always show to the PoTICians,lets show them we want development & not them throwing money on us,when ever they visit grassroot.
