Please note that the batteries are designed for laptop. It comes with an adapter for charging with a different connection, another positive and negative cable out with adapter connection laptop power socket and adapter with printer socket.

I don't know if it is the same type as yours.

For I have small package like that, 2 used 40ah LiFePo4 battery (10k each), 250watt solar panel (33k) 40A pwn charge controller ordered from China (6.5k) and a homemade inverter made by my self (7k), cable (3k) TOTAL #69,500. This power my 32" Led TV, home theater, decoder, my standing fan, charge my phones, and 4 Led bulbs. Am usually home from 7pm which my appliances comes on then, till 11:30pm or 12am bed time TV is off leaving light and fan till 3 or 4am when weather is cold fan is off leaving light till day break. If am home I equally use the system when battery is charged from noon and the system is running smoothly for 6 months going. Below are my setup!

You can use ups but with some modifications like
1. Battery cable, 2. Adding Fan, Adding MOSFETs if there is space or use a higher rate ups for 1/3 load ( 1,500 VA for 500va Load). 3. Use external charger solar system for charging. Then you are good to go without any problems. But for me I can build mine from scratch.

-3used 100w panels connected in parallel
-a 12v pwm charge controller
-a 200ahr used or new.

Or

--3used 100w panels connected in parallel
- one of them 18650 battery packs made from recycled cells
-laptop adapter and phone charging ports too.

For both options u may need to up your budget a little.

It can be used but not advisable.

It will require a longer period of daylight/sunlight to charge up ur battery and couple with the fact that you will be using d battery too while charging, you may not get a full charge on ur battery by evening.

yes! Cos battery is 12volts (direct current), u need an inverter or a ups to boost it to 220v (alternating current).

I don’t even have up to your budget to invest on solar yet and I’m already using one as I just hate generators.

My setup:

500w solar inverter-6000 (led tv 32”, laptop, havit speaker with whoofer, energy saving bulbs etc.)

Battery charger- 6000 (10A battery charger)

100ah battery- 25000 (Uk used but battery health is still 100%) there’s more info on batteries if needed like lithium batteries which are lighter and stronger. Also 200ah battery for the type I bought is 45k.

Cable for connection and other little connectors- 5000

Total- N47000

Based on loads I use at a time, it last a minimum of 5 hours, and if I’m on laptop only which is 85w, I’ve used it for more than 8hours and it did not run down.
In my area we have at least 4hours light in a day and if the phcn supply is not faulty, my 100ah gets charged within same period.
For me to have guaranteed light on my solar setup throughout the day, I need a 250-300w solar panel which is like 45-50k at Alaba market and 30A Charge Controller which is like 6-10k depending on source.

Don’t mind me I’m a DIY kind of person and it fascinates to

There are many DC appliances like (dc iron 6000, dc blender 13000, dc fan 10000, dc freezer, dc cooker, dc water pump, dc air conditioning etc) that you can buy now and it can be connected directly to your battery for usage.

I had actually gotten price estimations to set up one with a 150watts solar panel, a lifepo4 battery etc
Costs less than 70k


I just want other options especially with lead or mercury battery.


Also if you have a link to the powerbank please share. I just want ro compare every thing and see which is the best for me.
