You will attach the medical slip given to you at the hospital on your application, there’ll be a column for that. Otherwise if this is not your first application, you’ll do the above as well as include your UCI number so the hospital can send directly (The hospital will also send directly as in the previous case) prada1: KINDLY RESPOND GUYS THANK YOU |

My dear, Write that letter. Assume that you’re face to face on an interview with the visa officer and explain to them everything concerning your application. Write about your study plan, why you chose the program and what you intend to do with the program in NIGERIA after you graduate. Write about how you intend to fund the program, your family ties in Nigeria etc, check the first page of this thread for more information about LOE. You’ll not get an opportunity for a physical interview so this is your best shot, don’t leave them to their imagination concerning your application Opsy14: Hi, I just recently joined nairaland, and would like to ask a question. I applied for my study permit and completed my biometric on May 14 2021. I didn't submit my letter of explanation which I later found out is key in a study permit application. I graduated secondary school in July 2019 and am just applying for a visa, will this affect my application. Is it necessary for me to submit my letter of explanation as I don't have plenty gap years, and will they understand that the covid is the cause of the gap year in 2020? Will they understand or do I still need to submit it? |

It’s def not a general thing as many of us already have our LOA. Write them ASAP to know the decision on your application gulpreet: Happy New Month, everyone. I applied to the University of New Brunswick for Graduate Studies (since January), for September resumption but I'm yet to get a response from them. I was wondering if it's a general 'thing' or my case is peculiar. Please I'd like to know if anyone has heard from them. Thank you. |

Why a visit visa though? And not SOWP? And study visa for kids? Visiting visa has been on hold since onset of COVID and even some approved persons here were advised to withdraw their visit visa application and reapply and we’re all later approved Mami1: The written authorisation was not approved: That the purpose for coming to visit me is not essential or non-discretionary.
I mean, we included everything:
Quarantine Plan, travel itinerary, details on why they need to visit me and all.
Sincerely, I felt bad today. |

Just leave everything as it is now, of you get approval before fall, simply request for the new LOA if not work with the winter term All is well mercy445: Congrats to all PPR recipients. I am new here and I hope this gets posted.
May applicant: my admission letter was suppose to be fall but before ircc reduced processing time I as scared I won't make fall, so I told the school to give me letter for January 2022 instead (they had not issued for fall then). Now I think my application may not be treated soon because I am not for fall (or am I overthinking it?) meanwhile when I asked school fora new admission letter for fall they said if I get visa before fall they are willing to consider.
I really wouldn't mind fall resumption, should I still ask school for another letter? Or just hope they treat my file.Eligibility yet to start.
Please I hope I get your thoughts PLEASE. |

Thanks so much Buckyfof for sharing, I’m so sorry to read of this delay, and I know for sure that your next trial will be a success. God bless you buckyfof: I just got refused guys, and I’m proud to put it out here so others can learn I submitted through an agent but it was later I found out about nairaland and I knew I was suppose to do it on my own. I was rejected based on just purpose of visit as i knew my chances were low when I came to nairaland to find out that going for a 2nd degree and getting a decision has a very slim chance. I’m I happy I learnt that too. I submitted the account of my uncle as we bear the same surname and it had an inflow and outflow of almost 300m in 4 months alone and a sitting balance of 20m. Most of you are also aware that I just lost my dad and my uncle has been stepping up for me for a lot of things My uncle also owns the company where I work part time and I also submitted the cac, employment letters and bank statement of the company of almost 250m in inflows and outflow. I can tell that the course was the major problem, as I wrote my SOP myself with the agent making one or two corrections
Please guys, I had a 2:1 in accounting with a CGPA of 3.63 in 2018. Which university can the gurus recommend to go for masters. And which course will best fit my bsc. I will try and re apply again but I need the assistance of Lekkiboboe Frank Robbn Just mellow and all the amiable members
Do I need IELTS for masters or gre. Or just my bsc and English proficiency letter is enough??
How do I get the complete gcms note to check all the information filled by my agent and how do I order for it. Thank you guys You guys are wonderful and to those waiting for PPR. May Almighty God grant it to you |

Congratulations dear, your timeline is lovely. I’m also a UNB hopeful, still waiting on my PPR, hopefully we can connect Queenmama03: Omo my story long oo! But i'll just go straight to the point.
First time applicant, self sponsored although I finished with a first class in economics, I have a 10yr study gap so I wasn't sure how that played out. Going for Masters in Economics at UNB. I'm employed and also have a side business I registered last year. Previous travel to US and Turkey. I wrote GRE, applied and got admission myself but when it came to visa application my liver failed me. That was where Frank (God bless his soul) came to my rescue. Timeline:
Applied 22nd Apr Vfs biometric 26th Apr Eligibility & background check started 4th May (may have been earlier but after applying I didn't check the portal until this date) Upfront Medical done 4th May Medical E-Slip uploaded 6th May Biometrics Updated 6th May (I had to email them a reminder) Medical Passed 7th May Ghost update 4th June Sent renewed passport & unconditional acceptance letter via webform 8th June Agreement prayer with husband when I noticed April applicants getting their decisions 16th June Ghost update 16th June BVL & PPR 21st June
Regarding ghost updates, I may have had more but I only check my portal once or max twice a week on average so I can't really say. Also I didn't pay school fees o, not even deposit. The Ijebu in me didn't let me part with my money before visa approval also my school didn't make it compulsory.
Document submitted Transcripts SOP GRE IELTS MBS & regular account statement (First bank doesn't have MBS so I just submitted the regular statement and included introduction letter from the bank) WAEC Certificate Degree certificate Employment letter Introduction letter from employer Study leave approval letter Consent letter from my husband We both indicated that my mum will be taking care of my kids in my absence Husband's employment letter and work related documents ID's of my parents and siblings
Hmm the waiting wasn't funny o especially when I see the type of document people submit here, at some point I felt I may not have submitted enough. I just told myself "las las if dem deny my application i'll just focus on my business''. But alas! God did it. Also special thanks to @Lekiboboe his posts really guided me when I was searching for graduate programs.
To all those still waiting, I wish you the very best, God willing it will end the praise.
signing out.
PS: If you dey go New Brunswick please hit me up make we reason one or two. |

For people who received a refusal, and did an upfront medicals, was your medical updated to pass and yet you got a refusal? Also did you get any ghost updates?
Wishing all of us still waiting a speedy approval |

You don't book for qlife medicals online you book via their official Gmail address and reserve a space for yourself then you pay on arrival.

Don’t worry about the stress, the important thing is to do it right For the proof of funds, provide as much of those requirements as you can lay your hands on, from your sponsor obviously The only form you need to print after filling is that of family representative so that other members traveling with you can sign. Scan and attach after signing Check if you’re using the correct form of Adobe suggested childgodly: I'm really sorry I keep stressing you people here. I'm just trying to get everything together ASAP.
For the proof of funds, my parents are paying my fees and I'm obviously unemployed. How many of these do I need to submit then? your bank statements for the past four months a bank draft in convertible currency pay stubs an employment letter proof of assets or business proof of payment of tuition and accommodation fees tax reports, declarations or statements proof of a student/education loan from a financial institution a letter from the person or institution providing you with money proof of funding paid from within Canada, if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program proof of a Canadian bank account in your name if money has been transferred to Canada
There is a family member representative form. I'm the one doing practically everything and the visas are being submitted via my account. Do I get my mum to sign under this form appointing me as the representative?
Then for all these forms they gave me to fill, Adobe is saying I can't save changes to some. Does that mean I have to print, fill and then scan them? For the signatures as well, do I need to print and sign then scan?
Thank you all so much for your patience you're so kind. |

The only place you can make possible changes in a remark is speaking and writing, every other section has definite answers so you can’t possibly get any change by remarking. S&W are your best scores, shows you are good enough because those are the most difficult areas, you only need to understand how to answer the L&R parts as those are the easier parts Officialksolo: Please I need your response |

Rubbie21: Hello house,
Please I would like to ask if anyone has had issues paying their tuition (for a diploma course) using a form A. I'm asking because my brother has been trying to pay via First bank and they are insisting he opens a dom account as the form A is not valid for anyone going on diploma program. The exchange rate for buying dollar into that dom account is crazily high which would have been avoided if he could use the form A. Please is this peculiar to First bank alone or other banks too for diploma courses? I just paid for a diploma program using form A. I paid in GTB but with a current Account.
