Jarus: I have actually resigned 3 times in the past, far back early 2011. I
just felt I needed to quit when the ovation was loudest.

But ultimately, the motivation flew with the recent turn of things. I
don't work in quota environment.

Altogether, Seun is still a good guy. He only needs to be a little
firmer and dispassionate and avoid emotion-driven actions. At his level,
he should bother less on 'what will people say of me?'.
Well done Jarus

He was once the Commissioner for Finance. He was a nice guy when he was the Commissioner under Arc. Namadi Sambo and i believe that he is still nice. Dede1: “He said, “Kabiyesi, why do you want me to break Yorubaland any further?” I said, “the one you gave us in Oyo State cannot even develop Ibadan, how much more other towns surrounding Oyo State”.

This quotation in the above post has buttressed my point about the rate of development in western region or lack thereof especially in conjunction with Lagos, Awolowo and AG.
This is senseless.

Kidnappers keep Imo dep gov’s aide 4 months after

By CHIDI NKWOPARA

OWERRI—Imo State Deputy Governor’s Principal Secretary, Emenike Ihekwoaba, who was kidnapped by a gang of gunmen about four months ago is still held captive by his captors.

Vanguard investigations revealed that the hoodlums are at the last count, asking for more funds after collecting about N10 million from their captive’s family.

Ihekwoaba, an architect by profession, was abducted by unknown gunmen at Amaraku Junction, Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of the state while he was on the way to his Nkwerre country home with his wife.

Confirming the ugly situation to Vanguard in a telephone chat, the Senior Special Assistant to the Deputy Governor on Media Affairs, Chief Onyema Opara, said his boss was worried about the situation.

Meanwhile, the state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Chinedu Offor, has said security agents were doing everything possible to ensure release of Special Assistant to Governor Rochas Okorocha, Miss Nkiru Sylvester, who was kidnapped last weekend.
