AjanleKoko: @OP,
You just have to keep looking and applying.
If you have invested in training and certification, try to start with a job as an instructor, just to get some work experience. Lots of training schools are out there.
You are right, i started at APTECH Maryland Lagos before moving to my present job.
Politics › Re: Afam4eva: Who Owns Portharcourt? by Geomac: 10:41am On Sep 27, 2012
afam4eva: Technically, there are indigenes of port-haourt but the thing is port-hacourt is just a name used to describe the metropolis which has not government of it's own. Don't confuse it with port-hacourt local government. When a guy sayd he's a Port-hacourt boy, he's not saying he's an Ikwerre or is native to the city. What he's saying is that he has the street credibility of port-hacourt. I hope i'm making sense...maybe i'm going to far sef.
Yes, you are making sense, thanks. I get it better
Politics › Re: Afam4eva: Who Owns Portharcourt? by Geomac: 10:31am On Sep 27, 2012
afam4eva: Just for posterity PH is not the same as Rivers just as New York state is not same as NYC. New Yorkers are people who live in the bouroughs in NYC eg Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens etc.

There's no such thing as being an indigene of port-hacourt but there are indigenes of Rivers state. PH is a cosmopolitan city just like Lagos and it accomodates Nigerians from every part of the country and these Nigerians who have lived in PH most or all their lives see themselves as port-hacourt people. Now this is different from Port-hacourt LGA in rivers state. THis port-hacourt is a thing of the mind and there are some idiosyncrasies that port-hacourt people are known for. These idisyncrasies are not peculiar to Ikwerre people or other ethnic minorities in port-hacourt rather they are behaviors that were created as a result of the cosmo nature of port-hacourt. So, in other words, anybody born, lived and naturalises in PH is a port-hacourt person.
afam4eva, if i get you right, you mean there is no indigene of Port-hacourt, right? Also, since PH is a cosmopolitan city like Lagos. You also mean there is no indigene of Lagos, right? Please i want to know more about these two cities. Here in the North some of us think there are indigenes of these two cities.

Politics › Re: The Bully Called Sanusi By Dele Momodu by Geomac: 9:26am On Sep 25, 2012
superior1: @ Jarus, I think you are over rating your relevance besides the fact that some of us noticed your romance with Sanusi. I do not entirely agree with Dele's article, infact I think Dele is an hypocrite to say the least but then we need people (even with questionable characters) to talk some sense into that arrogant Emperor Sanusi.

What article have you written to project the opinion of the masses on the 5000 naira single note beyond your supposed phone call with him (Sanusi) which amounts to nonsense in my opinion.

Abeg Jarus, go sitdon for somewhere and make we hear word, you are nothing but an attention seeker
I can't say more than this.

Family › Re: Why Do Married Women Prefer Sitting beside Their Husband In A Vehicle by Geomac: 10:42am On Sep 15, 2012
ferhyntorlah: Exactly my thought Mr Siena. When his friend stopped to pick his wife, a sensible man would have offered the wife the front seat while he takes the back seat. That is showing RESPECT to his friend.

I also think the lady was impolite in telling him to change position.

What God has joined together, let no sitting position put asunder!

PS: Let's treat people the way we want to be treated.
I quite agree with you
pls shut it. It's basic economics. A 5000 will further devalue the price of Naira against other currencies. it will come with increase in price of goods. how many things can you buy with N10 or N20 today, which partly came with with the introduction of N1000. And CBN should never tell the masses to come up with their own facts, that's stup! d
God bless you sir.

spyder880: Do your ceiling first, then plaster. That way, the cracks that will always exist between the wall and the ceiling could be closed with a good plastering job. I am doing a plastering work somewhere, maybe I will post some pictures of what I am saying later.
Thanks man, i will be looking foward to seeing the pictures.
