I remember when some media ran the Arteta and Sesko vs Berta and Gyokeres propanganda, some fans were calling Arteta a dictator who wanted to force his favorite player on us.

Guess what, we got Gyokeres and now it's hurting us in two ways. He is not delivering as expected and our wingers are dropping stinkers. Basically, the attack has crashed.
when they criticise Arteta and you try to point out that it isn't solely dependant on Arteta alone, they will call you Arteta fan and your lord and saviour. I guess Gyokeres is also lord to some too.

Someone would have thought seskô is the top scorer in epl or in Scummies United
bro between Gyokeres and Sesko who have been better this season. Aside from goals which Sesko is two below Gyokeres, he(Sesko) is better in every other department, with less minutes played. More shots on taken, more shots on target, more touches in games, more shooting accuracy more assist.
We're a much better team than utd and yet our striker who was signed "because we need someone to help us win the league and not someone to grow with us" isn't exactly far off better than the same person half the fan base criticised the coach for initially going for.
To be honest ehh, I always laugh and find it funny when I see you guys defending Gyokeres for the same thing you criticised Havertz for.

So continue blaming the players while the manager continue bottling trophies.
Kai is back, let him continue from where Merino stop
i blame the manager when I think it is his fault and blame the players when I think is it their fault you can choose the praise the players all you want and blame only the manager for bottling trophy as if it is the manager that tells the players not to give their all, or to loose duels, or not to be clinical, or not to block potential dangers before it becomes a danger. All of us knows what we are doing and no one can convince you to like the manager bro. The season Ramsdale cost us the league, it was the manager that was blamed, when he choose to get a new keeper, he was also blamed for sidelining the same person that made him lose the trophy. Raya acting like an amateur twice against wolves, Gyokeres miss placing all his balls and not winning duels, not positioning well, but na manager we go blame.
We know what we're doing.

And now that he has it, is he utilising it or still playing to the wings strength
the same wing play and crosses that made people cry for a traditional striker is now being questioned. How many times have Gyokeres misplaced passes, not controll ball well, lose simple challenges. We can continue to blame arteta all we want but Gyokeres needs to up his game. There are more games where he had no single shot than games where he have scored. Ask yourself why even merino as a striker gets a lot of touches and shots in opposition box than Gyokeres.

Who said?
If it's who said Arteta should resign for the people then
well, he's the coach and knows what he should do to save his job, after all it is his job.
But again, why was the cry for a striker so loud if his system wasn't questioned for lack of it?

Check the games we dropped points and the next game of the opponent and see one pattern this season-They do us strong thing and go on to their next game and play rubbish and get D or L. This has happened 12 times this season already. Na we no wan learn ni. No be opponent. Unless we indirectly saying the opponent better pass all in all such instances.
Dave, I genuinely wanna ask you what you think of Gyokeres this season. Give me a real time rating of what you think of him out of 10

Arteta should find ways to beat low block teams
That's what they use against his team
i thought.. i thought they said the reason why we weren't beating low blocks previous seasons was cus of the lack of a traditional striker. 🤔

If your team is currently below Arsenal on the table, mechi onu gi make we hear word!

The way Aston Villa is stumbling and fumbling, it's not looking like they will qualify for Europe at this rate they're dropping points. This is the same good ebening that some people said would have won us the league if we had kept him as coach. We for don turn middle table club with lucky europa/conference qualification once a while by now.

As for me, it's not over till the final day
so far every epl coach that has been compared to Arteta haven't really turn up than him. I just pray he wins the league this year sha.

Talking tough but not acting and playing it

2goals up against the worst team in the league , that sh*t shock me but why should I be stressing over people who don't push themselves to succeed
i think they feel it as much as the fans do, but they're trying to sound mentally right. It is still in their hands for now. 2 points isn't much, but it is something to hold onto. Need that win against spursy and Chelshit.

Saka is the face of this club. Whether he is in form or not doesn't matter now, because class is permanent. Even though he is out of form, he's still our most dangerous attacker.

I don talk this thing tire!! Timber is exhausted for fvck sake, give Ben White run of games so that he can be up to speed but that one too no want dey fit to save his life.

Arteta just likes running players to the ground.

Hervertz, Saka, White and now he is doing the same thing with Rice, Timber and Saliba.

Noorgard was supposed to play yesterday match, nothing anybody want tell me.

Our problem is Arteta at this point.
Our right hand side has been targeted for like the past 5 games or so. They pressure applied to that side of defence Is clear to show that opponents now knows that's our wea link.
Yesterday wolves coach said, he knew we are under pressure and that we would succumb eventuallyfor them to capitalise, he's happy it happened earlier than expected.
You don't fix anxiety with fake persona. You have to calm down and not try to go bang for bang with your mind.

MSGAMBLE9 still dey talk about that Nottingham draw as if his argument was not about starting Madueke ahead of Saka. MSGAMBLE9, bro, they're all the same bunch of shits. Just like Deeney of Watford said then, "they have no cojones". A lot of them feel so cool stepping down the level once the game is nearing the finish line. You held your own still you scored two goals, instead of still applying pressure or even trying to control the midfield and hold possession, you decide to defend, and as the pressure kept coming, you still sat back. The fear in their mind and heart is more than the belief they have. But they will come out and be talking tough, when their performance on the pitch says different.

2023 it started with Ramsdale
2026 it is starting with Raya.
If they want, let them bottle the league. It's only 2 points now.
They have given City a fuccking morale boast. Watch city go on a winning streak from now.
No epl is enough reason to let Arteta go cus he has all the tools he needs to go as far as possible to bring it home.
In anything they do, they should try and make sure they're still ahead of City in the league before that carabao cup final. Cus the outcome of that final, either way it goes, would be essential in the title race.

Do you think someone like Guardiola can win a trophy with these players?

If Guardiola was in our current position, what would he have done differently?
I am trying to believe this statement is more of sarcasm than real talk.
Cus Pep would have been 16 points above us with this kind of squad we have.
Yesterday was on Arteta first, and then the bunch of weak players we have. I think Timber had no business playing the minutes he did, same with bringing Eze on. In the first half of the season, we won more difficult games because everyone held their own, that is not something that can be coached into your mind, as tough as you preach to be, you should always be focused. Norgaard for Zubimendi was needed Yesterday, but Arteta only trusts his first eleven favourites.
Saka talking tough again like they always do only to repeat the same mediocre again. They only game they have played since this second half that they all gave their best was against villa. Just to revenge and them switch off again.

Saka is the face of this club, no other player deserves to be kept than Saka. Form is temporary, but class is permanent. No be today Saka start to dey give mix feelings. Last two season was towards the end of the season dat he was off. Last season was early in the season. Just dat this season has been accompanied by injuries, but I am sure he will turn up. Over 5 years of consistency isn't something that can just vanish like that.
He deserves the contract. And he will come through like he always does.

E be like say we Dey under rate that guy.
he is just a professional. No noise just doing his job when called upon. I know it is just wigan but he played so cool as a lone dm. Yesterday we attacked in a diamond formation in the first half, the forwards wasn't hugging the touchline which made the central passes to be effective. Wolves won't give us such opportunities on Wednesday, but let's see how it will turn out. No matter who plays and the formation, we just need the 3 points, even if it is half a goal, and clean shit is really important now too.

Skelly was good today. Nice to see him play some good balls. He still has that roughness that can be useful and ugly at the same time, one reason why I fear playing him in midfield with how our defence is set while on progression.

Quick question guys
Can Arteta ever free the boys and take less risk approach in matches?
I am very sure this wasn't the game plan today, watch wolves on Wednesday and see my point.
Eze is having the freedom he craves for today look at everyone and tell me Arteta can allow such freedom in epl
When Arteta was asked one thing he has learned from last seasons, he said the tactical part of the game, he said sometimes he realise that it can be overwhelming and players not understanding their roles. And Eze also agreed with that when he said the tactical part of the game is where he is having issues. Today he played more freely from start to finish and you can tell it was the game plan. And Wigan didn't press us as much as epl teams do, their low blocks wasn't so deep and there was always space especially in that first half.
