Jobs/VacanciesRe: Why Do Nigerian Employers Conduct Job Interviews Till Night? by Gfavour(f): 2:37pm On Nov 01, 2011
I think in a situation like in Nigeria , where 30,000 applied for jobs 30 vacant posts, employers devise means to prun down the numbers , using diferent strategies. It is not their fault at all; some of them are doing this out of provocation or frustrations.

Let us look inward and engage in little things to help financial demands, Thank God for GSM companies that have now liberalised printing of recharge cards in Nigeria. This business have really helped somany Nigerians (to include me). Today, I have graduated into transfering call credits to my customers who make international calls paying the cheapest rate so far. I only get the lowest price and set my price to my customers in any part of the world.

So instead of wasting your time jumping from one employer to the other, please look into what you can do to help thyself. You want to engage in the global telecommunication business visit and register at WWW.TALKTOOMUCH.NET. You would have a fresh experience as to how you can have a free website to promoto your global international calls

Bright10,

It is true that insurance companies seem to put people on their feet to make money. Some of their fresh marketers may walk around Lagos streets searching for prospects for months without a pay, because they are on straight commission. But if you are through with the initial challenges which are normal, Trust me u will always like to be an insurance marketer. So don't smatch them entirely.

However, are you aware of TalkTooMuch? Here you make calls to any part of the world at the rates incredibly "ridiculous". You can even apply to become a reseller and make your cash without having to walk the length and breadth of Lagos or Nigeria to make a living.

Dear f_eastwood,

I'm sorry to say this; and I hope you will forgive my insensitivity.

CareerRe: CBN Salary + Allowances - Who Actually Knows? by Gfavour(f): 9:45pm On Oct 24, 2011
Fellow NairaLanders,

When a supposed jobless job seekers make enquiries into how much a particular organisation pays, it really makes me feel that such people are living in fool's paradise. I'm sorry to say this but it is just the real thing. Imagine somebody who's been jumping fruitlessly from one interview to the other just as a monkey jumps from one banana tree to the other now asking how much an institution like CBN offers her staff is a mistery. Does such people want to make choice as to which organisation to apply in or what. It's really ridiculously amusing.

Oh! sorry, I think some people are experimenting Biblical Abrahamic faith on this site now.

This is a country where Graduates resolve taking up =N=15,000 per month jobs just to keep body and soul together. A country that some people refer to a 40-year-old man a "boy'' when he his still being fed by the same parents he has always known for over 4 decades. It is disheartening.

Come to think of it; if you know the cbn staff salary of what benefit is that to you? You will find that in your bank account or what. I beg my people Stop this fantacy and talk on issues that will help NairaLanders grow financially.

Well I came across a site that is dedicated to helping not only Naija people but also as many people as possible to grow through international telecommunication and I feel I should share with my people here. I have registered as a reseller and i've been experiencing an incremental growth on the product. Visit: www.talktoomuch.net for further enquiry. I think it is high time we get ourselves busy and make a living without subjectivity.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: NNPC 2011 Final Interview Successful Candidates Appointment Letters Finally Out by Gfavour(f): 5:34pm On Oct 24, 2011
My fellow NairaLanders,

It is an insult to Nigerian graduates to past through excrutiating pains called Job test after rigors they went through in schools for a minimum of 4 years excluding strike periods. Please can Any intelligent NairaLander tell me the academic qualification of Mark Zugkerberg (the founjder of facebook) every body is ritualising with today? What of the likes of McDonald, Michael Dell, Andre Carnergy and a host of global richest people in the world?

I can't blame them at all when over 30,000 people will be competing for just 25 vacant positions and the federal government seems to be insensitive to ameliorate the problem.

Well my fellow NairaLander, each time I come to this forum to see how people lament like this, I can't but just thank God for a few of us that are privileged to activate the power of entreprenuerial skill to make things happen in our lives. How i wish i still depend on the government or some fake recruiting companies, only God knows the number of deliverance services I would have attended.

What is the definition of mass failure in the context of Nigeria's unemployment statistics? It is painful! really really painful. With the spate of this hardship how many Nigerian guys are willing getting married today? I beg just let me be jare, e no easy.

Even though I got married in a colourful ambience at the age 32 and I'm blessed with children today, Nigerian graduates at age 40 still finding it difficult to take a lady home for marriage. weytin she go chop? she go shop sand sand or wetin?

Scammers are all lurky around to even dupe their fellow jobless graduates all in the name of survival by any means. it is painful and heartbleeding. Please let's pray for God to redeem this country. However, Stop looking for evasive job openings my fellow nairalanders look at what you can do and make a difference to your life.

Anyway, if any one cares to know what I do to make a living I'll freely share the info without a kobo. I'll contribute my quota to assist as many as want to know Since there is know competition to make it. for further info call gfavour on 08186011866
Jobs/VacanciesRe: What To Wear To An Interview by Gfavour(f): 3:57pm On Oct 24, 2011
I think it is normal and compulsory to be formal when apply for a job in an organisation that is not fully owned by ones parents or relatives. The reason being that you are accessed by appearance at the first contact. No matter how brilliant or resourceful you might to the company. That is why I'm just pretty comfortable with my kind of job. I could be on pajamas, boxers or half naked and my job is not disturbed. You know what I mean? Self employment! I only spend an average of 2 hours or less per day online and make guaranteed amount of not less than =N=135,000 per month. Cool cash even without an office. Sorry; I have an office. It is just my pc with a broadband internet connectivity.

This tales might appear like falsehood to an average Nigerian who toils for 30 days a month with a salary of less than =N=30,000 that may not even be paid until the mid of the following month, but it is real. You only need to look inward as to your strength and passion and tap into the possibility of International telecommunications program.

Do you want to know my kind of job? , Become a reseller @ www.talktoomuch.net and you'll get the bigger picture of this "falsehood"

You could get yourself enriched with the cost of suit you are struggling to buy so that you can join thousands of Nigerian youths vie for just limited job openings.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Graduates Against Dragnet GSE by Gfavour(f): 5:13am On Nov 29, 2008
Fellow NairaLanders!,

If you trace the antecedents of the organisers of this DRAGNET COMPANY you'll all agree with me that it was unemployement that actually DRAGED THEM INTO ITS NET or web. That is why they don't want to forget the source that propelled them into sudden riches, hence DRAGNET.

They are all graduates like you and I before they applied comon sense which is not comon to rip fellow jobless graduates off. grin grin grin grin cheesy cheesy cheesy

I'm thinking of the scheme I could equally use to make money now.So Nairalanders, don't blame me if you see a jobless graduate of 4years riding on TOYOTA AVALON suddenly.Just pray for successful execution for me

Apply in this format: mactay*Full Name*(surname first)*Sex*Age*University*Grade*Year of Graduation*Email*State of Residence and text to 35811. Any network can apply. Text costs N100. Check out the details in Guardian of Tues (31st July), 2007
Buso4,

Your information caught my attention big time. My concern and apprehension is just that, are applicant for the graduate training going to b employed or trained and thrown away? If Mastay is a real consulting firm like we know of PHILLIPS CONSULTING, may we know the companies it has recruited for and the progress m,ade overtime? The SMS costing #100/sms that is or are going to be sent by graduates most of whom are jobless, what benefit or benefits are they going to get? Much as I would have loved to send the #100 from several thousands of vulnerable graduates is my headeache. Since mactay has website can the company open its online registration facility and experience congestion in just one week to recieve an accurate census of willing graduates instead of causing them to spend "fortune" out of nothing? Nairalanders, Italky well? grin tongue huh
