Please eat before you leave the house o, got to my venue by 8:10 am and finished my interview by 4:30pm, hunger almost finished me...

I discovered that a lot of persons didn't scale through the quantitave section in my set, this may be attributed to the fact that calculator were not allowed. You know how annoying and time wasting it could be when you are trying to divide big numbers.

My advice is this practice many fraction question, probability, simple interest, business maths, sets, what are complementary angles n supplementary angles, any business maths you come across. In order to be fast wen multiplying or dividing learn to how to divide through by 10 to reduce the numbers.

The questions were not difficult by it's really easy to fail... thanks to the guys that shared materials with Me, may God bless you

I have been reading and mostly ignoring people's comment but I think I should contribute now so that people can relax abit.

First, i seriously doubt shell will send any "success" mail till atleast 2 weeks after the deadline. The reason is that they don't have a standard cut off, they cut off will shift with how good the initial screening criteria is: if for example 10 take this cognitive test and they only need 1 person for the position and can only interview 5 people, they can decide to reject the bottom 5 and wait for more people to apply and see their score, they can keep rejecting the bottom people and maintain the top 5 till they are sure no more applications are coming in.

Also, I don't believe they have reviewed the interviews yet, just do the maths, 15 mins X the number of applicants, it's more likely this first screening is based on cognitive test or something else, the video interview would likely be screened later after reducing the number.

So my people just chill till atleast 2 week after the deadline, this is actually mostly based on the time line from the previous applications. Go and do your research on previous shell application timeline.

At one point in time, each and everyone of us has entered a banking hall in Nigeria and have seen the various dramas in such banks. Here, we compiled those dramas peculiar to each bank in Nigeria, Enjoy:

UBA: That bank looks like a shrine.. Everywhere is just painted Red! And the bank is very stingy, they will never employ workers. It’s only UBA you will enter & see empty cashier seats… They will be up to like 2 employed but there will be only 1 Cashier who ends up delaying customers.

GTB:
This bank has the highest number of customers! The only bank that looks like aba ariaria market. U queue like mofedaku. The only difference is that you see people with suits and pen, they have their wahala but I like them shaa

Skye Bank:
Hian! This bank will just be looking like somebody’s bathroom. Very small bank, dem go jampack people like sardines! Their workers no dey even wear suit again probably because of heat… Everybody dey enter the bank with hand fan

Diamond Bank:
Only their Lemon Green Colour can make you open 18 accounts with them even if nothing is inside. That is the only thing good about them. They have few branches in cities, their banking hall is like onitsha main market place. But their transfer protocol be like American constitution, simple to transfer with ATM, u go first go sign Non disclosure agreement.

Zenith bank:
This one ehn…? The only thing dem know how to do best is to decorate their walls with mirrors. You will just stay at the front and be seeing someone behind you? Sometimes if you enter the bank, you will be confused, you won’t even know which road to follow because everybody is appearing two two for the mirror. I wonder if their CEO is a Crystal palace fan. Just carry crystal glass full everywhere!

Sterling Bank
Where do I start from, hmmm this bank looks like eatery, atimes I used to mistake it for where they are selling ice creams, ices and sharwama

Union Bank:
Chai! This bank ehn? I cannot fit yab dem because dem old pass my grandpapa!?
Sometimes, I begin to think maybe the children of Israelites have accounts with Union bank… Their security men sef na old old old papas dem be…. You go enter bank to pay na people with walking stick u go dey see ..

FCMB
They are just beautiful women with good attitudes only that all your incomes will just be going for aso ebi and ice cream

FIDELITY
That one na bank for retired teacher, the only issue in customer care na about pension, u reach cashier point, one old papa will be withdrawing #45,675, #5 naira will always appear. I wonder if no be that bank dey hold all #5 CBN prints. Infact, they are the only bank whose ATM has pension button.

FIRST BANK.
Ah ah ah, this bank can annoy somebody, their first wahala na their door, they will just be screening u like say na jamb office. If you enter nko, queue be like Aba road hold up for port Harcourt, Infact the most annoying tin is some of their workers behaviour, somebody will just be counting #7,000 with machine and #200,000 with ordinary hand. They can screen #1000 like keke people but the good thing about them is their ATM galleries. For that one them try.

Wema Bank
that one na fishermen and panel beaters dey go there recently.

UNITY BANK:
Make them just return their name back to BANK OF THE NORTH. Because how person go wan enter bank e go come be like say u dey enter Zaria city gate. , everywhere they smell Turare (perfume) even the cashiers speak Hausa with u because u wear Agbada.

Keystone Bank.
This bank looks like they are always on strike. The banking hall looks like they only attend to one customer at a time.
Heritage Bank:
that one looks like PDP Secretariat after 2015 election. Even their flag is worn out

Ecobank.
That one looks like NaijaBet office. Its always jam packed on Fridays only. With lots of branches and many people that speaks many African languages especially in Lagos branches.
Sometime I suspect that bank has something to do with Chelsea FC

Access bank:
Na shakara dey worry them. Their account opening process be like application for Canadian visa.

Stanbic IBTC.
The bank suppose to relocate back to south Africa. Everybody dey speak through their nose seff.

How many of our computer science students can come out as gurus once they are done with school?

There are jobs but a lot of graduates don't have the skills to fill it up!!

I woke up this morning to messages on my phone as always. I thought it was clients as usual but it was two credit alerts from a name I do not know. First alert was 75k and then 125k. Imagine waking up to 200k alert. I knew i wasnt dreaming but i thought it was a client paying part payment for rent of one of the apartments I manage or my fee for my services but I'm not expecting anything and this person didn't call me or even text. I have waited for almost 10hrs and no one has called to say why they paid it.

I even went on Facebook to search for the name and only saw one guy who looks like he uses online banking. I was judging people by their looks yes. Anyway I sent him a message seeing a made a post on fb recently that means he will get the message. I'm sure if he wasn't him, he will think I'm a 419 lol.

I don't want to spend the money yet in case it belongs to a client or colleague but if it is an error, too bad. It should serve as a lesson to people. People should be careful when they want to transfer money. You cannot give somebody cake and now come and take the cake back and eat it. I tried to give back the cake but the cake wants me.

Now this is a general notice to the public and also a lesson to everyone who uses the internet to bank.

I'm heading to Epe tomorrow, I have been telling clients about one half plot of land for sale in Epe that has good potentials because of the plans going on over there. Guess how much the land is? Yup 200k. I might as well use the money to buy it or myself and I will return your money when the land has appreciated and I sell it.
