Of course, yeast is alive. If it were dead or inactive, it wouldn't have produced this result. Yeast needs to be alive and at active temperature in order to 'prove' or 'raise' the dough. That's before the heat from your boiling oil kills it sha.

Chai, reminds me of the time my younger sis was learning how to make donuts in sec sch then, come and see donuts of different shapes, Lol, flat one, collapsing one, disappointment ones. Lol I just kept trying to improve batch after batch, and eating up my mistakes Did plenty cuz we had kids visiting. By the final batch I had learnt that if you are using your fingers to drop it into the oil (which is what I did), take it a little at a time, i.e. Go for smaller balls, first attempt to roll it into a ball with your fingers (wont really work, but better than not trying at all) before dropping into the oil. And if there's leftover on your hand after dropping, put it back in the bowl and not on top of the already frying one. I used the smallest burner on my cooker to do the frying and it was turned to the lowest most of the time.

After it rose it was doing like one boiling witches pot, like it was moving. As for the roundness, don't know if there's a quicker trick cuz I got mine by rolling it like a ball between my fingers until it got round enough and that's just stressful

I googled 'how to make puff puff Sisi Yemmie' and took the recipe from Sisi Yemmie's website, I also typed the same thing on YouTube and watched the video. I just followed everything she did, I'd sha put salt in mine next time cuz I prefer the taste of salt and sugar to just sugar

Good evening house, please I want to know food breastfeeding mums should avoid. My 1month old LO has been having a running stomach for 5 days now,we went to see our doctor and he gave us ORS and some other drugs... it has subsided a little but my LO feels very light and hardly sleeps (started today) .

I feel really helpless and wouldn't want this to happen again since everyone is blaming me for 'eating anyhow'. Please any kind of food I need to avoid, I can't stand seeing my baby like this.

I think you should think back to what different/diarrhea inducing food you ate around the time it happened and try to avoid it, cuz me I still eat everything and I've never experienced this. The only time I remember I'm breastfeeding is when I'm given drugs or alcohol.

I haven't been wearing bras. It started as a massive lump and I did warm compress and breast fed from there a lot until it gradually went down to a not so big lump, but the not so big lump has been there for like a month now.

I guess small chops would have sufficed too. If I didn't want to cook then I'd order a caterer to supply in advance if not your story would be told for years to come. That's how them too would confront you with food if you visit them and I hate it.
