Thank you for your interest in Boston Consulting Group Lagos office. We have carefully analysed your application for the GA Programme and would like to find out more about you. For that reason, we cordially invite you to participate in our recruiting process. The first step will be an online test.

The online case aims to test your capacity for quantitative analysis, logic and business criteria. The test, which is in English, takes 25-35 minutes to complete. To prepare yourself for the test our BCG Interactive Online Test would be an ideal example. The example case consists of questions similar to the ones you will respond to for the actual online case. Also, our case preparation materials on our website could also be of some help.

This Online Test can be taken from anywhere but would require stable internet connection and webcam on your laptop as you would be required to do a 1-minute video summary at the end of the test. If you do not have any of these two, please do get them before taking the test. The test should not be done on a mobile phone as it is not 100% compatible.

The difference between local and international coy is clear. Advert was sent less than a week ago and the deadline for application is tommorow, but successful candidate are getting invite to tak3 the test today or tommorow depending on personal preference. Unlike our local recruitment processes that will take months/years to complete. We have a long way to go.

That is roughly 12 per state for GT and 4 for EH...mehn the competition is tough

There's nothing controversial about the NCDMB recruitment that's ongoing.

Sure, you and a few of your co-travellers are second guessing or even outrightly disbelieving the authenticity of the recruitment process. Don't mistake most of us here to be in that trail.


I happen to be an alumnus of FUTO. They advertised for vacancies in some departments in January, 2020 and completed the exercise after a few months.

They issued out the disclaimer that is making rounds now since June, 2020 after the completed recruitment exercise and the previous advertised vacancies were being shared in various social media platforms.

FUTO just advertised new vacancies for select departments that were not part of the January, 2020 exercise.

Anyone that has the aptitude to read between the lines would understand that the crux of NCDMB disclaimer wasn't on the authenticity of an ongoing recruitment but a refutal on the one requesting for 1Million Naira for a slot and the one stating that recommendation letter from Public Office holder is an added advantage.

Most importantly, I might have a beneficial update later today. My contact in their HR just arrived their Abuja office. Thanks and have a great day to you all.

I don't think if it's unfair in any way, don't forget Abuja is the nation capital. Just like NNPC most of it operations is in Niger Delta but Head Quater in Abuja. I'm worry about the safety of staff.

So far these guys have been giving us Bobo... In as much as we want our ears tickled with their sweet gists we shouldn't slaughter @tolaade1960 who has been the one with the most consistent and accurate gist

Moving forward, I would appeal to us all to limit discussions here to really beneficial information. Let's try to keep our reservations to ourselves. Some of us here are allergic to negative energy.

The NCDMB in-house HR team and the consultants had a virtual meeting yesterday and will be having another on Sunday. The invites for test will roll in by next week. They've assigned staff to different physical test locations across the country.

There are about 90k applicants that met the advertised requirements across the country with the North East with the lowest number of about 170 persons and the South South has the highest.

The advertised recruitment will be 100% merit based. The other mode of recruitment is also ongoing. They even packaged an APL yesterday in their Abuja Office for dispatch.

I pray God gives me my APL before the test commences. God's grace and favour to all of us here. Thank you.

How could a recruiting agent created a domain without TLS feature which does not cost more than #6,500/year?

If it's agents like workforce, chams, jobberman, that made anoynmous advert, one would be rest assured.

Baba the sole purpose of this thread is to discuss NCDMB recruitment, if you are convinced its a scam....unfollow the thread!!... It baffles me why you waste your time reading and commenting on thread you are convinced is a scam..when I see a notification that you posted, without opening the thread I can tell the content of your post...that is how stale you sound now.
