If you read my post very well,I clearly said that other West and Central African states have Fulani populations. The same way some other West African states have indigenous Hausa and Yoruba populations.

It is to be noted that due to their nomadic nature, the Fulanis are largely a stateless people. However, a number of them have settled into communities since time immemorial. There are Fulanis indigenous to Nigeria, infact,Nigeria has the highest fulani population in the world.
well I don't know that.

I disagree with you. Ghana would have probably capitulated by now if faced with the magnitude of insurgency that BH presents. Winning an assymetric war is not by mouth.

Granted, our political and military leadership aren't trying at all. But compared to many other countries (some of them world powers), we have done fairly well. It is ridiculous trying to compare the NA with the Ghanaian or South African military, especially when it comes to CT/COIN warfare.
BH kind of insurgency would be possible in Ghana.

A 1000 well trained ,kitted ,disciplined and fully equipped force is much better than a 100000 rascals walking around disobeying the law killing and beating up unarmed civilians.

Territory?, Fulani are Nigerians, just like you and I. Of course, some other West and Central African countries have Fulani people too.

The problem is that about 70% of them are nomads, they move around to graze their cows, hence, they own very little land. That is what is generating the crisis.

NB: Nigeria is not a failed state.
there are Fulani in Senegal, Burkina Faso,Ghana,Niger,Mali, chad,Sudan etc so in essence their are all Nigerians?

The Pentagon published a video where allegedly the IRGC of Iranian soldiers on a boat removed an unexploded mine from the tanker.

so you believe iran could do this?

Which is indirectly sabotaging oneself.

The Jaguar was basically a political decision and died a political death. And would you stop the gloating. Everyone knows where we are coming from and where we are now. No need taking the shine out of the NAF.

It's been noted oft you make sensational and nigh sentimental remarks for no reason only I think you want to be heard. Not just you but other arm chair wanna be soldiers cum military & security experts.

To clear your doubts. Military planners look at threats in a given region both present and future ones and based on those threats and associated dynamics make assessments for necessary procurements factoring budget, costs, maintenance, supply, training. And of course not everything on the list gets approved by the powers that be as we have seen with different administrations but the core of it of course is met.

Take for example Nigeria in West and Central Africa. With all the Boko Haram, bandits and criminality plaguing the land it is still the regional hegemon politically, economically and militarily. Speaking in military terms it has the oil, money and human capital to fight, sustain and win a war against all of its neighbors combined. In real terms by combat capabilities today the armed forces of Nigeria can roll over any of these countries in a conventional war.

I continue to maintain that we are better armed and trained than we ever were in our history. The only area I find the missing point is the current leadership and I don't just mean the service chiefs with the exception of the Air Chief, I mean the president. It is the prerogative of the president to sack and appoint competent leadership for the military something in dire need of presently for critical thinking, new impetus, new ideas and fresh eyes on the battle space. Hence I submit we have an apparent absentee president whose ineptitude smacks to high heavens thus clogging the wheel of bringing this terror insurgency to a swift end.

Now we will take the Air Force as an example of what is working in the current Order of Battle. Had to say the above for clarity and perhaps end your pessimism. The NAF inventory is currently over 80% active and expecting to induct 4++ generation warplanes that obviously will be game changing. The Tucano with its loiter ability and sensor-to-kill time span is a beast in the air. The JF-17 especially the Block 3 changes the air superiority question from Cape to Cairo. However, Abuja faces no threat and I repeat no threat from Cairo, Algiers or Pretoria and these are the only three states capable of trying anything silly from within Africa. So save the breath on twin engines for now.

The NAF is looking at cost effective measures to meet current threats and bridge the gap for force protection and projection within Nigeria, the waters of the GoG down to Angola and the sub-region. For ground attack and CAS the Alpha Jets, L-39s and other subsonic aircrafts in the hands of NAFs very skillful and young fighter pilots are still adequate in a low threat environment and the results in the North-East speaks for itself regardless of BHT strategy of remaining and propaganda.

For Air Defence & Interdiction and in some cases for CAS the NAF's relatively new F-7s near squadron strength with its excellent radar, avionics suite and panoply of weapon systems, easy to maintain, nimble size and fast turn rates in all weather along with ground based radars, satellite capabilities, excellent pool of the finest pilot skills can meet the current threats we face and even potential threats for another decade or more. Don't expect the F-7s to be phased out even with the arrival of new platforms.

This should settle the nuances.
please which 4++generation aircraft is Nigeria inducting?

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe goes to Iran for the first Japanese Head of State official visit in over forty years, and Booom! Two ships apparently carrying “Japan-related cargo”, according to Japan’s Trade Ministry were torpedoed. grin

Tell me, why would Iran decide to attack two “Japan-related” tankers while the Japanese head of state is in their country? grin

Ofcourse!…....The Iranian government is so damned stupid that precisely when everything is ready to attack them they decide to go out and start "sabotaging" tankers to give the necessary excuse. grin

Sure, why wouldn’t the Iranians want to disrupt shipping in the Gulf so that they themselves are unable to move any of their product to customers abroad? grin

Makes as much sense as Assad gassing civilians in Douma, inviting global condemnation and western military attacks, because he has all but won the war against the western terrorist proxies. grin

Next thing we know, Amerika will be wanting to bomb that Iranian Novichok plant in Tehran (whose existence they just made up). grin

OR

Maybe we should ask Cui bono?

To whom might attacks on tankers in the Gulf be a benefit? grin

Iran? Well, only if they really really want the United Snakes of Amerika to attack them, which hardly seems likely.

Or could it be someone else?

The "F.aggot Chosen Children of Yahweh" happy in the knowledge that the hawks in Washington have been itching to start a war with Iran for years and definitely happy to lend a helping hand to get things underway. grin

In other words, the culprits were those that would like Amerika to attack Iran.

Saudi and/or Israel.

It’s hardly rocket science. grin
every sane person knows that is a CIA black ops .

Since the US is aware that Iranians still sells its oils through grey markets. The best is to stage a false flag op with the help of the Saudi's,emirate's and ofcourse the Israelis, to either invade Iran or seize, sabotage ,bomb any Iranian tankers

All I see are people that don’t know the rationale for the trade war. You are all shouting 5G upandan.

The reason for the trade war is because of trade deficit that is favor of China. Trump only wants trade balance. To balance up trades between them, Trump had to impose more tariffs on China because China sell more to the US than US to China. So China needs to buy more from the US to create a balance.

Stop showing ignorance shouting 5G upandan
trade deficit my brown as.

Did the US tell you that trumps campaign materials (make America great again) is been made Cheaply in China. Or are you aware that China is the largest absolver of US produce/product.

Sports / Re: Football Fans, Coach Slam Kelechi Ihenacho After Goal Miss Vs Man City (Photos) by giles14(m): 9:20am On May 07, 2019
Sportdab:
Fans and Leicester City Manager Brendan Rogers have slammed striker Kelechi ihenacho for missing a golden opportunity in the match on Monday night, MySportDab reports.

Iheanacho came off the bench with 10 minutes to go at the Etihad Stadium on Monday with Leicester trailing 1-0 to Vincent Kompany's unstoppable 25-yard strike.

The former City striker was sold by Pep Guardiola but wasted a glorious opportunity to earn the Foxes a draw, which would have left Liverpool in top spot in the table.

Iheanacho has scored a single Premier League goal this season but Rodgers felt the Nigeria international ought to have made more of his late chance.

"He should score, I said that to him afterwards, in the big games there are not many moments," Rodgers told a news conference.

However, football fans - including those from Liverpool - flocked to social media to slam Iheanacho after he did a favour for his former City side in the 87thminute.

One Liverpool supporter, devastated by the last-gasp miss, joked on Twitter: "That must be Iheanacho's best game for Man City"

Meanwhile, another social media user wrote: 'Iheanacho should receive a Premier League medal after his shocking miss.'

Video Below...

See;https://www.mysportdab.com/2019/05/football-fans-coach-slam-kelechi.html

so Leicester wanted him to score ,but never gave him play time.
Always subbing in 10 minutes to end of playtime.
