Me too wanna add weight. I have been taking pap with soyabeans, milk and 3 cubes of sugar for the past 2weeks now first thing in the morning. I make the pap to be more than enough and I force myself to eat it. The sweat that evaporates out of my body by the time I'm done eh..... No be here o.

My soyabeans is in the powdered form. I bought it for 900 naira. When next I buy I intend to add crayfish to it. I've added just a bit, had to forced my trouser off my lap lastweek.

I look forward to the crayfish mixture .o. p take lots of protein not fat. Protein is the key. I'm 60kg, then it was 55.

I appreciate your comment. Have you ever tried to stop that anger in its track.. Most often its right after the negative emotion of anger has sucked us up and made us react negatively without self control that we see and regret our reaction. Please keep working on it am with you on this..

Do you think it's anger issue? I'm not the violent type. But sometimes some certain issues do come up to me and I get so angry.

In the case of lies, I know the person is lying but he keep denying I get so mad. I yell to high heaven. I can withstand anything in this world but lies in any form.

And so many times it has been used against me. They do not care to know if I'm right or not but my shouting will be the main topic.
