Debbieeeeeee: They charge so much for nothing , no embassy takes as high as they do for visa fees. The revenue they make from visa applications from Nigerians is enough to always auto fast track our applications. They now took away admin review and appeal rights to make people always reapply. So much. They make so much from us. |

Debbieeeeeee: My consolation is that after this application I won’t be applying to them until the next two years. So they’re free to misbehave as they please but they should return my passport by their 30-35 working days timeframe Same ó. The next time is 2023 and it will be within their country so no stress. I have 3 more days to complete the 35 working days |

[quote author=viktoh12 post=107910682]Yea true What is quite annoying about this is Priority still get decision fast so means they can answer ours they just choose not to [/quote This is the painful part. Decision has been made, they just choose not to send the passports. |

My only consolation in this delay is that I have no deadline to meet or flight to miss ( I'm not buying flight tickets until the passport is in my hand) I just miss my partner. |

Lexusgs430: You don't need a transit visa, if you are not exiting the airport............ Are you sure about this? I've tried to book both klm and air France and a transit visa was required. It simply means you are passing through their borders (airport) |

viktoh12: Please did anybody noted ukvi have stopped the escalation service. Hmmm probably because they are aware of the delay and can't do shit about. My fifteen days escalation will end tomorrow and nothing has been done. |

wonlasewonimi: bros, i am a novice too. When people were talking about making money on crypto and stocks, I just went on my Revolut and started buying shares from reputable companies like microsoft, apple in short, FAANG companies bit by bit. Also, the fact that I can buy stocks with as low as 5 pounds. From there i moved to Freetrade which is a standard stocks and shares trading platform. I also started watching Sasha Yanshin on youtube who gives good insight to what he is personally doing. For example, I got to know about Lucid from him around Aug this year and bought 200 shares when it was $18, today Lucid is $51.I bought Tesla whenit was $450 and it's now $1156, i only have 4. I wishI had started years back.
As per crypto, I started on Revolut as well, and I was putting few coins in bitcoin and ethereum. Now I have moved to coinbase. I have some money in ethereum, Dogecoin and Shiba. With shiba, I could have become a millionaire if i had bit the bullet and put 2k in it around April. I only bought £60 worth which turned out to worth £1400 in Oct.
***with crypto, you should only put money you can afford to lose.
I think oga Lexus is the OG on this parole. Good afternoon, can you post the link for the Revolut website or app? Thank you. |

Yay, this doesn't look promising o. My travel is Sunday this week and decision hasn't be transferred to VAC. Looks like there is still a long way to go.
I did my biometrics on 13 October. Standard 10 year visit visa. There is still a possibility that it will be returned before the end of the week. Good luck |

It's crazy how people that submitted their application in November are already getting their passports back and September and October folks are still waiting. You'd think it will be a first come first serve basis except for priority of course. |

Ceesnation: Hello everyone,
I am heading to Bristol, I have been searching for a flight from lagos to london. I cant seem to get and afforable direct flight o... so I started looking at the ones with stops... then I saw the below statement:
"You need an (airport) transit visa if you are travelling to or from the United Kingdom. If you have a transfer in 2 or more Schengen countries, you may also need a Schengen visa. Check the latest entry requirements for your trip in TravelDoc shortly before departure as the requirements change regularly".
Abeg, does it mean I need a transit visa? if yes how do I get one? My current visa is a dependent visa.
Pls it urgent, before this christmas rush stop me Why not use the airlines you don't need a transit visa for. Transit is between 40 to 50k and takes two days. |
