edictor2000: Hello everyone,
I got a none straightforward email. Is there anyone in my shoes?
Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service), and settlement applications within 60 working days.
Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.
We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection.
Kind Regards,
UK Decision Making Centre Lol welcome to the waiting period. |

Eddibloc: Bro. I'm new to all this
I wanted to apply for her but she insisted I go to skul while she work. With 7m can't we start somewhere, since I'll be working 20hrs a week. She can assist me with skul fees and some bills too.
I have someone there who will accommodate us for like a month before we settle. So would 7m go thru for us as a start. We can both be working to sort out bills and other expenses when we get there I think you need to make further research of the financial implications of this journey. 7m is not enough to pay for your school fees fully ( there's an option to pay half) then there's proof of funds for both of you, your account and hers for both of you ( 10m each) then accommodation cost (at least 6 months will be demanded from most agencies. Then there's the visa application fees (1m or thereabouts each) |

LagosismyHome: How sure are u of this statement, is this an assumption or based on real life experience or working in the airline
The reason I ask is because for US students visa, as long as the final leg is entering on or after the date then its fine... seems logical and I would have thought logical that should be the same in UK An assumption based on what is written on the letter in your visa. I haven't travel to USA or use a transit visa before so I wouldn't know either. I just think it's safer to go on the date stamped on your passport to avoid unnecessary stress. |
