Hello mama , we are good this side. Feeling more abdominal pain and less baby kicks kind of baby spend more time sleeping and wakes to stretch her body then goes back to her sleeping.

I'm yet to start shopping i just feel relaxed about it. I don't know if it's because this is my second baby or just my normal self ( i shopped for first baby's stuffs at 35weeks; went to market that day with DH and bought 95% of my list. I'm the kind of person that would be preparing to trevel and gathering everything i needed with my mind but won't pack bag till late at night or early morning of the day of journey)

The kick and hits from Bobo has reduced as his grandma and cousin are around so he has other people to play with.

About your baby formula,.nothing wrong with buying it now as long as you check the expiry date.
If I try this your method, I will forget half of my things at home. If I need to travel, I start putting what I need in my box small small, then a night to when I will travel, I offload the bag and do a real check to be sure I left nothing behind.

When I had my son, my husband looked at the hospital bag and said, are you carrying this big bag to the hospital, I said yes. grin cheesy

Good to have you here mama. I want to shrink mine too before trying for another baby. Once we are up to 10 in here, i'll drop the list of things to buy and other vegetables and fruits we can get in our environment. We can do this mama.
Yes we can. Thank you for helping us. Fibroid degeneration during my last pregnancy wasn't funny. Although I had my son through VD, I am hopeful that we can beat this.

Its good he eats other foods. That will make weaning him easy.
For my first daughter, I was thinking of how to start. Then one day, we were both so busy having fun that I realized she hadn't suckled for about 4 hours. That was how i took the bold step and started. I just distracted her as much as I could through the first day. You can sing and dance, go for fresh air outside. Anything to reduce the crying. I didn't stop at once. I just kept extending the time between each feed till we got to the point where she could go a whole day without breast milk. The whole process lasted about a week but it was easy for both of us as I didnt experience engorged breasts or pain and she didnt cry much.
Go from giving the breasts on demand to making him wait some mins before giving breasts. Dont let him cry. If alternatives and distraction doesnt work, give him the breast. However, keep extending the time between each feed. You can go from 30mins to one hour, two hours, three times a day, once daily and no breast for the whole day. Same applies at night.
Offer alternatives like water, tea or pap.
Lastly be committed. Once you start, go through with it if not it will be harder to start again.
Good luck and happy weaning.
Thank you so much

I love Coconut rice, but my son will not allow me take so much time to cook it. I think I will have to learn to blend my coconut because I have always been grating mine.

Nice dish

Mothers in the house, I greet o.

Pls join me thank God as hubby and I welcomed our son almost two weeks ago now. First issue and his conception was a miracle.

Pls mamas, I'm worried about the tear I received, being a first time mum and being that my baby was too big 4kg I received a tear down to my anus, ..in fact I received both vagina tear and the tear down to my anus .

Which brings me to my worries, its been almost two weeks and the tear/skin down to my anus has not started gluing back together. I'm healing and feeling less pain, .and the stitches have almost completely come off but that line down to my anus is still very much open.

Has anyone had this type of tear before? ..when can I expect it to glue back together? Does it ever glue back together? I'm just scared!

Pls oooo anyonehuh?
Congratulations mama,
I had this kind of tear too. Please continue with your sitzbath, it will eventually "glue" back. And please sit on a kitchen stool, it will be painful, but it also helps a lot.
Please, take care of yourself and baby.

Good morning ma'am in the house,

Just joining this forum after 7years and 10month waiting. Finally he answered me.

Please, I will need your advice on 9month journey.

I did IVF/ICSI, I am two weeks pregnant. Seeing brown discharge....

Medication: I am taking Vitamin C 500mg once daily, Progesterone gestone injection daily, Cyclogent insert twice daily, Progynova(3 times daily), Folic acid 5mg once daily, Vitamin E 180mg once daily, and Vasoprin once daily. All are doctors recommendations
Congratulations, May God give you the strength to carry to term. I am not comfortable with the vitamin c.
I feel you should just take fruits to get the vitamin c from there. Please take bed rest, drink lots of water.
