I will never forget this quote from one mama here. ..." It took your tummy 9 months to protrude and you want it to go down in 1 month?" Please be nice to the tummy and do not get yourself worked out for nothing.

Meanwhile, I drank warm water and hot fluids (pepper soup, tea) for over 1 month after I had my first child.

Sabi mamas, please help me with this. I don't like swallowing tablets. So, the doctor prescribed blood tonic for me recently because my PCV is low. But, a relative saw it and said I should quickly switch back to tablets o . That blood tonic causes bleeding during childbirth. I really like the liquid more than the tablet . It's easier to take. Please is it true that blood tonic causes bleeding? Has anyone taken it successfully without issues?

I took hemoforce during my first pregnancy when I had low pcv, didn't experience bleeding when I had my baby even with multiple fibroids

Sorry mama, try having ginger in your mouth, it helped me a bit in first trimester. It will soon be over and you will groove second trimester.

Xtagrace, so sorry about the pains. I had multiple fibroids (4) during my first pregnancy, that degeneration pain is something else (couldn't stand, sit or walk,I could only kneel and rest my head on the bed), I can't remember the drugs I took then, but I know I had to skip work for 2 days.

This is my second pregnancy, scan still showed multiple fibroids (3), I don't pray to experience that pain this time around.

Good day everyone.. been a silent follower for a couple of weeks now.. congrats to all the new mamas.. I’m a first time mum and I’m 6weeks gone... since the day I discovered I was pregnant... it’s been hell for me.. it started with DH complaining of me running temperature at night.. as at then I was expecting my period but the only sign I keep getting was serious and excruciating cramps.. until past my expected period date.. I decided to do a home test and it came out positive �. I had cold and catarrh and decided to visit the hospital.. I was confirmed pregnant with upper respiratory infection. I was placed on drugs for one week.. I noticed I wasn’t getting any better and went back to the hospital only to be admitted.. the drugs didn’t do shit�� I was discharged on the 3rd day.. I have been so unsettled and weak these past weeks.. constant urge to vomit and spit.. the spitting part is making me so uncomfortable.. I can’t eat as much as I used to before, constant stomach bloating and lightheaded. Mama that had these symptoms, how did you cope with it especially the spitting and vomiting ( sometimes I do feel relieved when I vomit �).. is there anything I can do to help relieve my symptoms.. I’m a shadow of myself right now �.. I can’t go out neither can I cook �please I need your advice!

Sorry mama, as the saying goes, "it is the first trimester package". I just finished mine o. I had to take each day as it goes. Eat small portions frequently. And eat only what you can tolerate for now. Rest oooooo.

As for me, I couldn't drink water, couldn't cook only took malt or lipton tea, and ate small portions even if I vomitted later, but I am 14weeks now ( second trimester), I can eat well and drink water now , can't even drink the lipton tea and malt as I did in the first trimester, chicken is still a turn off.

Sorry, first trimester will soon be over.

Gradually getting my groove back. Went for scan today, EDD according to scan is 29/10 . EDD according to LMP is 1/11.

I will like to go with team October.

During my first, LMP gave an EDD of 3rd Feb, I had my son 31st Jan. So I will go to team October
