Having lower abdominal pain which started around 1pm yesterday. Is it part of the ligament stretching? It is quite painful and I can't seem to get a good position to sleep or sit. I barely had 2 hours of sleep last night. P

Right now to bend down for me is like writing jamb to secure admission, through out church today I couldn't stand for 2min cos of waist pain to Sidon sef na war cos the chairs in church isn't as comfy like the ones in my house, the real waddling waka don set in I go dey go front my legs dey go south, I'm like is this me that used to cat walk I do calculate my movement now so that whenever I manage to walk I'll do everything at once cos a moment I sit I'll need grace to get up again.

OK o. God will strengthen us and grant us grace to go through it. Amen. Bunny19, you are laughing at me abi? OK.

In other news...we are officially in second trimester today. Thank you Lord. Father Lord, l pray for MS to free me in Jesus name. Amen

What kind of thing is this? Pregnancy app says I am thirteen weeks and Edd is Feb 3. Lastweek scan showed 13weeks and Edd is Jan 31. Today's scan says I am 15weeks and Edd is Jan 15 . Please I need my February ooooooo.

Good morning waddling mamas and special greetings to my beloved team independence my 3rd trimester just began and I'm so excited, reading how team Jan and Feb are ranting about ms makes me appreciate God for seeing me through those days, wow how time flies me that used to imagine how 3rd trimester is but here I am in it already, so Jan to March mamas not to worry you'll soon get there it just few months to go

Malaria and tyhoid test came out positive
Dr. prescribed Proguanil and Augmentin. I am scared o. Please anybody should say something. I am 12weeks gone. The headache is not nice at all.

The MS thing ehn...it is well. It has been off and on these days for me. Recently, rice, cake,malt won't go down my throat. I ate beans and yam today, it was heavenly. It will end in praise. Bunny19, how are you doing?

Not sure if it's Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Either way you should inform your Dr on the possibility of taking Promethazine injection as it did work for me (though most time a 1-2 day relief before the excess vomiting continues). Also stop taking Hollandia for now as it contains milk which also triggers nausea. I'm not so sure of taking of Lipton for 1st trimester.

You should try warm or hot water rather than Lipton.

Present ooo. I just kuku finished vomiting for the 3rd time today. I am exhausted!!!!! Lord help me

Sorry my dear, I vomited 6 times today, so unusual. After taking Lipton, I was relieved. I later took hollandia yoghurt, vomited again. Then I made dry fish peppersoup ( dry fish, enough pepper, salt and seasoning cube), and took it with little white rice. I am feeling good now.

I have vomited 4 times between 1:30am and 6am today. I don't know what to do. Please suggest what to take, not drugs o. At least to minimize it. Please....

Aww teamie! Have u gone to see ur doctor? Though i heard in some cases its normal.
Just observe it and if u r not comfortable rush to d hospital pls so u can be checked. I have also been having cramps these few days too esp at night but no bleeding. They said the uterus is expanding but it sometimes puts fear in me but i know God is in control. Pls rest well and dont stress urself,u will be fine by Gods grace. Other feb mamas hope u r doing fine...Geesucc,glimpse,faithpeace. Sending us all positive energy

Yes o. I am doing well, just had headache yesterday,but I am perfect now. The nausea is still the only problem. I try to eat every morning and I ensure my fruit and snacks are in my bag as I head to the office. I hope you are also doing great. May God Almighty keep us all healthy and sound as we continue in this journey in Jesus name. Amen.

Try eating before you brush.
You can use a light mouthwash first to get the minty breath and then eat. When the food must have settled, then you brush your teeth.

The hungrier I get,the worse my nausea. So I eat eat eat

Thank you so much ma, I tried eating very early this morning (after brushing though) and I have been eating biscuits since then, d nausea has reduced. Also have flavoured water and chin-chin on stand-by.
I won't be hungry today

When I noticed that brushing stimulated MS for me, I stopped brushing b4 food in the mornings. I had lots of cracker biscuits and flavoured water. Also, I stopped cooking for a while cos the smell abi aroma would just put me off...instead, hubby will cook or I buy from vendors. Maybe you shouldn't brush first and look for something with sharp taste to swallow like oranges, dry crackers, mints etc.
Alternatively, if you can tolerate snacks like puff puff, buns, gala, egg roll and Co, please eat. Just put something in your mouth abeg, anything! Buy nutri-c or eve, mix with water and freeze. You can then suck on the block. Sorry ehn...

For me, its by symptoms.
Symptoms that disgrace me publicly (vomit anyhow, fight, cry easily, sleep like nonsense) means girl (I have only one so far)/
Symptoms that make the world admire my pregnancy (strength, beauty, friendliness) means boy ( o have only one so far.
This pregnancy is now confusing me cos I don't even understand myself again.

Don't be confused, you will have twins, a boy and a girl. Lol
