It looks nice and tasty but I think the ingredients are too much for me. I like my salad with vegetables only with very little salt to taste, lemon juice, olive oil, black olive and feta cheese. Classic green/greek salad

I started cooking quite early, I remember making my first jollof at age 8

Through the years I have paid attention to people cooking and learnt and practised a lot too.

No one was born cooking. We pick up the skills if we pay close attention. You can go into cooking, it's worth it. Practice makes perfect.

I had all the ingredients at home already before making this. I bought only one and half kilo of soft chicken which costs 3,400.


I think aside the chicken, 3k should buy you the other ingredients which you won't finish at once but save for future use. Please include multipurpose flour, corn flour and eggs. I sleepily omitted it while typing the ingredients.

did you boil the chicken or you fried directly?

Fried directly after seasoning the chicken and allowed to marinate between 30 mins to 1 hour.

Mixed the chicken with flour, corn flour and eggs before frying.
