He can no longer use the phone normally unless he uses earpiece. He has done everything but still yet it's not working

My friend A3 is showing earpiece sign but no earpiece is plugged in.

Just received my A3 PRO this evening, everything is working fine. I have updated it. The phone looks awesome but the only side effect is the notch that block some Items on the notification bar

BOUGHT A NEW AIRTEL 4G SIM BUT I I DIDN'T RECEIVE THEIR FREE 4GB.
