from my experience right now i would advice that JR is the last solution. re-applying is still the best, provided you can attend to the matters the VO raise in your refusal not until all this are exhausted their is no need for JR. i am in one currently so i can advice how time taken and draining the processes takes. not discouraging JR guys just so you get your apps ready cause it's a good fight.

plz i need advice guys, i have deferred my admission twice and the school is given a condition that they only defer tuition twice after that charge total of CAD1500 will apply. i have started online though but thinking of deferring .those it mean they will send the tuition back to me to now resend it to them again. or what do they mean by THE ONLY DEFERR TUITION TWICE

N/B: i am a JV applicant whose application was re-opened and under Eligibility review since July 23. with upfront medical passed since 13th Aug

I can see many applicants waiting for their PPRs with faith, remember this is the month of delivery. This month is heavily pregnant and the water of PPRs will break soon, so expect your PPR to be delivered to you this month..

I used a third party sponsor and the my bank statement i submitted was a fixed account but i attached the maturity certificate and clearly stated when the funds would be available for use, about 20m where fixed while 2m was available in the account. I also submitted sponsors landed property docs, affidavit of support, pension pay slips and also his CAC docs
my course is a 1 year program and i paid just the first semester fees
I say thanks to all the gurus and participants of this thread as the knowledge i gained on the group is what I used in applying for my study permit and wish those expecting their PPR speedy dropping of PPR

my advice is that you get a good lawyer for Judicial review. the early the better. and you must also know that judicial review takes time and its costly. i think in your own case its the best option if they refuse to answer to the appeal. it will end in praise. quote author=lekanlaniyan post=110406518]Good morning house, please I need your advice.

16. My lawyer email them to challenge their decision and still requested for rescheduling of the visa interview.

17. Till today , no response from the Canadian embassy.

In conclusion.
Please what can I do? I have been away from my family since, I have not set my eyes on my new baby and I need to support my wife, in taken care of the family and been present for my lovely daughters.

You might need to commence a Judicial Review. Lagos Consulate will not respond. They are notorious for that.
