It is never okay for a man to hit a woman (or vice versa) period. Whatever the
dispute is can be resolved without resorting to physical abuse. I do admit that
sometimes it can be easier said than done, but that doesn't make it right.

We as individuals need to learn how to remain self-controlled (i.e. retain our composure)
rather than hitting on one another at the slightest disagreement/dispute.
