I still think that way and I haven't changed how I think because of what the constitution says. It's when folks now begin to see governance outside of what the constitution says, that's when you begin to see "the need to balance it because of some discriminatory policies and programs against certain tribes". So if you and everyone of us seeks first the constitution, it's values, tenets, instructions, ideals and principles, then every other thing will be added. You can't circumvent the constitution which tells us how we should be governed by "balancing" things and then still expect that things will go well. How?
