@poster, no bank will give you any loan facility with just survey plan. Even some banks reject offer of grant, you need a CofO to get loan facility from banks.

I had similar problem about a year ago,i first repaired it but it did not function as it should. I have to replace the gearbox and i am enjoying it since then.

I have been thinking over it since yesterday night.The best thing Ribadu or ACN can do now is to team up with CPC. It was a great shock to me when i saw El-Rufai at CPC rally in Lagos yesterday,it tells me that everybody is tired of PDP even PDP card carrying members are tired. Posterity will not forgive ACN and CPC if PDP should win this election.
