Here in Nigeria, it's extremely difficult for youth with no standing to secure good loan to start a business. Instead, they will be telling you to start with $300 loan which is nothing.

It is recognized as financial institution under law. Any fraud committed using it will eventually lead to the person whose ID was used to verify it.
