The actual story is fantastic. There’s a portion of the wall you can visit at Epe. The story told by the locals says it was built by Queen Sheba (yes the one that visited Solomon) and she had giants working for her on the construction. Crazy story, but you know, the truth is stranger than fiction. Rossikk: Our Ancestors Built This Wall 600 Years Ago. Today We Would Pay CHINA To Do It
According to British newspaper, the UK Guardian,
''The Guinness Book of Records (1974 edition) described the walls of Benin City and its surrounding kingdom as the world’s largest earthworks carried out prior to the mechanical era. According to estimates by the New Scientist’s Fred Pearce, Benin City’s walls were at one point “four times longer than the Great Wall of China, and consumed a hundred times more material than the Great Pyramid of Cheops [in Egypt]”.
Situated on a plain, Benin City was enclosed by massive walls in the south and deep ditches in the north. Beyond the city walls, numerous further walls were erected that separated the surroundings of the capital into around 500 distinct villages.
Pearce writes that these walls “extended for some 16,000 km in all, in a mosaic of more than 500 interconnected settlement boundaries. They covered 6,500 sq km and were all dug by the Edo people … They took an estimated 150 million hours... to construct, and are perhaps the largest single archaeological phenomenon on the planet”.

May be that's the price you pay for the money and fame at an early age
Tbh, I didn't know anything about the Mohbad celebrity that just died but I saw the thread which made FP about his death when it was just created but ignored.
If you are praying to live long, then be ready to experience some things whether good or bad .
To have money and fame at an early age, there are price if not prices to pay.
Still wondering what could have led to the Mohbad guy's death if not spiking of his drink
I had the gory first hand experience less than a month ago.
I am a solo drinker, prefer to have my drink and waka. So it was my as usual solo drinking, I saw this lady coming with a guy, the lady sat not too far from me while the guy left for counter to get drinks. Well, that was none of my business just observation.
The guy came back, gave the lady the drink and left, again none of my business. So after some mins , this said lady tried to initiate a conversation with me, I no be womanizer, even if I am, she wasn't my type in anyway, in order not to embarrass her, I tried to respond to her .
I was curious just to ask about the guy she came with, she told me the guy is his brother that they just lost one of their relatives and decided to have a drink. That's normal.
So she mover closer to where I was sitting from her distant place before. We had some chats for some mins and then she requested I buy her a drink, that no shouldn't be a big deal but eventually it was. Before I returned, my drink was spiked, that should be around 10pm , I returned back home the next morning around 9pm from God knows where without remembering what happened between 10pm to 9am.
How my money was transferred my account around 4 am that I couldn't remember a shit, it wasn't the transfer my problem, how they got my pin without me given them is not something possible, but I have no record of it.
Whatever might have been spiked into my drink was something powerful enough to erase your thinking or your action without being consciously aware.
I truly believe people can hate you for no single reason, just for hating sake. Same scenario can be related to this Mohbad guy. Wetin fit kill him at just 27 or so? |

Languages are a form of consciousness.
There are concepts and ideas that cannot be translated from one language to another.
Therefore the identity, history and mental domain of a people is typically encoded in their language.
The Yorubas have the added advantage of culturally valuing non-verbal communication (emotional intelligence), which lifts the Yoruba language into the 4th dimension.
It is right for its use to be propagated by the Yorubas. |

Humanity is meant to live in the amalgamation of individual realities created by the most highly developed mind or group of minds in every field. Etc your car should be serviced by a mechanic with the most highly developed mechanically inclined mind, and that mechanic’s mind should become the industry standard.
When you look at the degraded and poorly trained, indisciplined minds parading themselves as professionals around us, the reason for the state of Nigerian cities becomes very clear. |
Travel › Re: Why Do Most Nigeria Streets Look Like This? by GodHimself(m): 4:19pm On Sep 07, 2023 |
I have a theory. The way any place (street, city, room) looks is a direct expression of the mind of the people that built it and live in it. In other words you’re seeing a direct image of the collective mind of the inhabitants. When the city builders are professionals, the inhabitants are blessed to live in what is in essence, the minds of the construction professionals. End of theory. Raydos: I've been to 15 states in Nigeria my whole life, and one thing I always notice is, Untarred roads, Lack of drainage system, Lack of proper planning e.t.c
Which always make me curious, Why does everywhere in Nigeria look like it got hit by a nuclear bomb? Why? Why don't we have modern streets and cities!!

Travel › Re: Visa Alone No Longer Guarantees Entry - Uk Announces Travel Requirements by GodHimself(m): 2:12pm On Sep 05, 2023 |
Imaginary lines drawn on the ground like children at play, daring anyone to cross. There was a time nobody needed passports or visas to move across the world. Retrogression in the name of civilization. Kingzjayzee: The UK on Monday, September 4 announced that Nigerians and other citizens, except British and Irish nationals, wishing to enter the country must apply for Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA).
The new rule becomes effective from November 15, 2023, and applies to everyone, including children.
The new travel rule means that all visa applicants wishing to travel to the UK need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) card before they enter or transit through the country,
The UK home office said persons who need the travel permit are those who were previously eligible to visit the UK without a visa and not already legally resident in the UK.
Also listed for ETA are those on visits shorter than six months, business people, tourism, and those visiting family and friends. Applicants are required to apply online before booking any travel to the UK. Once granted, it will be valid for multiple journeys over two years or until the passport one is applying with expires.
According to the UK Home Office, travellers with valid visas may not be allowed to board without a valid ETA, as the ETA is digitally linked to travellers’ passports.
A statement from the UK office reads: “The UK travel requirements are changing. Except for British and Irish citizens, everyone, including children who enter or transit through the UK, will soon require permission before they travel.
"This means that if you were previously eligible to visit the UK without a visa and not already legally resident in the UK, you will need an electronic travel authorisation (ETA), your stay must be shorter than six months and could include tourism or visiting family and friends, transit, business, and short term study.
“You do not need to show a paper copy, but it may be helpful to prove the confirmation email for your own records while an ETA grants you permission to travel to the UK, it does not grant you entry. So, you would still need to go through passport control at the border to enter the UK. “Make sure you show the same passport you used to apply for your ETA and that your passport is valid for the whole of your stay."

It’s not an insult if it’s true. Based on your hysterics on this thread, it’s obvious you do not value what should be valued, and I see I was casting pearls before swine. There are answers to your question but you are obviously looking for who to drag into the mud with you. No. PoliteActivist: A more appropriate quote is "If you have no argument insult the plaintiff". Someone, based on his quite limited and superficial knowledge of QM, writes that thoughts equal matter. Which begs the question, why then if you sit in a room and think about rice, a single molecule of rice would not appear. Not only are you not thinker enough to ask that or any question at all, you insult someone who does! |

Memory is not stored in the brain. otherwise, how do the reincarnated children remember past lives with their new brains? All memory is stored in the Field. PoliteActivist: Scientists don't know nor study 99.9999% of what there is to know and study in our universe. Infact you can almost say scientists don't know anything. Children come back with clear memory of their past lives - Scientists CAN'T study that. All they know is that all memory is in the brain and once the brain is cremated all memory is gone! |

Based on brainwaves, children are actually asleep. Their brainwaves are the same as those of an adult sleeping. Ourtruth247: WHY REINCARNATION IS IMPORTANT
The subject of reincarnation is important in understanding what happens when we die and why we even exist on earth in the first place.
I don't have all the answers, but the ability to remember past lives seems only to be present in children below the ages of 4, but as they grow older, all the memories seem to disappear. According to my research the reason for this is because as a child gets older, the soul gets more limited by the flesh.
This harks back to what I said about sleep. The souls of children are more active, hence why they are also able to perceive realities that we grown ups can't. Most times when kids cry they aren't crying for nothing; they see entities around them, entities that we adults can't see. |

Nothing good ever comes from looking back. Remember Lot’s wife. scoobyblogspot: My ex was having some issues with me cause of my addiction to alcohol and a lot of times I misbehave then, although I have changed now that I am married.
Well, she asked us to take a break from the relationship which I refused and she said she has made up her mind already, I pleaded but she refused so i respected her decision but I kept calling her and chatting with her so we don’t go far from each other. The feeling was fading as contact wasn't regular anymore.
Let me caught the long story short
I found someone else, now my wife and she is so understanding and caring towards me, when she got to know this, she hated me and called me all sort of names and wept via chat that is it because she asked for a break just to test me that I broke her heart and she also didnt give me S**?. Don’t judge me yet, I found some missed calls from a guy who kept calling her by 12am on video call at night and sent her gifts upon gift, even took her out secretly. I missed her anyways and I know she misses me too, we have both moved on but I can’t stop thinking about her months after our break up. |
