You can use a statement printed 2 weeks ago provided the duration of the statement is greater than or equal to 28 consecutive days.
As for the 31 days you cited on your post, the validity for a printed statement is 31 days and this implies that you can submit a statement that’s is less than or equal to 31 days while submitting your application.

It should be enough. Get an affidavit in addition and you should be good to go. But if you still have time, you can request for a new one from WAEC. Just go to their office and ask for the proceedure.

I got straight unconditional offer from BCU today. Although I applied August 15.

House please BCU requires original copies of certificates including proof of English (WAEC) on enrolment. But I lost my WAEC Certificate in 2016, but I have police report. Would this suffice? I have the original on soft copy, which I uploaded on the portal to support my application along with scratch card. What can I do?

Applied to same program since August, but yet to hear from them. Although I was sent a mail by one of their admissions rep sometime last month, to update my information. So I sent my WAEC and updated it accordingly.

I got a conditional offer on 12/10/2021 from Leeds Beckett University for January 2022 intake with £3k scholarship. Tuition is £14k. Please how is the city like and what's the possibility of getting a job in this location? I intend going with 3 dependants (wife and 2 children).

Honestly!! That's a big red flag. If you can't afford a holiday why apply for a visa. Except na Japa moves. The VO won't even look at your passport twice if you say your friend is taking care of your Bill's over there. Please go through this thread and learn something.

I intend applying for US visit visa for myself, my wife and 2 children . It's our first time though, no travel history. A friend, who's a citizen, is sending us invitation and his bank statement. He said he would State that he's hosting us and taking care of the bills. I'm employed and would include my bank statement

1. Is this application good at this time, considering the backlogs?
2. Is my employment status enough as home tie?
3. What documents are of utmost importance?

Sorry for your rejection. But you need to some issues to increase your chance.

1. In your SOP, you need to put up a strong reason to convince the VO why nursing. Your reasons must be convincing. What are you doing presently? Have you been working as a nurse? What's your employment prospect when you get back.

2. Your choice of undergraduate study reduces your chances. You need to come with reasons why you didn't go for postgraduate studies.

Your being financially established does not guarantee study permit approval. The VO might be looking at it from another angle. So go back address same of these issues, while we wait for the gurus (Lekiboboe, Frankrobbn1, etc) to speak.

I ordered for Gcnotes mid may and got it today. had no negative review,so am confused on why the rejection.
note that I submitted my app with IeLtS of 7.0 and upfront medical,though they later requested for IeLTS on the 25th march,which I submitted same day. attached is the notes. gurus pls help a sister @Lekiboboe all the gurus

My wife got accepted into a 1-year PG Cert program at NSCC for fall 2021. Hoping to apply by end of May. No landed property, was sold last year in pursuace of PR. It's a family of 4. I'm the PA for PR. The plan is we would join her as soon as she lands, thereafter, I'd continue with the PR as I have masters and 10 years work exp.

Please house, what's your take as regards the timing of application, if she didn't have CLB 7 for NSE?

Can we use fixed deposit that would mature at the time of application?

Can I co-sponsor with her brother who has landed properties.

I need more tips on what to do regarding PR, considering that the program would end May 27, 2022.
