I went just some minutes ago for my morning jog and something stung in the back beneath my t shirt and reflex reaction I struck now little did I know it feel into my shorts and eventually it stung again but on my testicles !!

Words can't describe the pain I ran inside and ripped my shirts off it was a big black ant. I crushed it and now my left testicle is swollen !!!

I am in pain and really freaking out !

Now that's false. The venom is stored in a modified salivary gland and delivered through its fangs, it's not like there's venom flowing in every part of the snake

We sure have a lot of venomous species in Nigeria. Mambas, Vipers and cobras, rattle snakes etc. They are all around the country.
I also didn't notice the fangs in this snake of yours, it's either absent or extremely short

Judging from a generalized classification, it's non-venomous cause of its rounded eyes, compared to the diamond shaped eyes of venomous species.
Again, it's just a rough guess.

I was directed to fill a Data Form attached to the mail and send it back. Now my point of concern is the information about BANK DETAILS being asked in the form. Bank name, account number, sort code, etc. I tried researching the firm but I got nothing. Nathan Pryce doesn't turn up as a company on Google. Who is with me here?

It all started this year April like heat rash on my hands, on its second week it has gotten to my back, third week, it was looking like Chicken pox so I visited the hospital and the doctored said it was chicken pox and I told him I had suffered from chicken pox back in 2007.

I was administered some drugs but i noticed it kept spreading, the doctor had to refer me to a skin specialist, who taught it was chicken pox too but on my second visit, he consulted his Books on skin disease and alas, I've got Mucha Habermann disease also known as pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta or PLEVA.

Please doctors, I have used several oral ointment nd some drugs yet I ve not found relief..

It's said to be a rare Immune disease but I don't want to believe it has no cure.

Kindly assist me because I can't cope having these all over my body.

A few questions OP.
How old are you?
Where are you located? And which dermatologist did you see?
Do you have any associated symptoms?

The differential diagnosis for your skin lesions looks similar to those found in pityriasis rosea, lichen planus or psoriasis,and of course, Mucha Haberman disease like you said.
If it's the latter, it usually does resolve on its own after several weeks but may keep reoccurring over time. You can do doxycycline 100mg 2x dly for a week first.

Trust me, I have met ladies that all they know how to cook is make noodles and maybe tea....

Now there's this yam recipe.
You cut the yam into small strips of approximate dimensions of 1 inch by 3 inches with thickness of approximately 1cm (doesn't mean you'd need a ruler to measure the yam while cutting o )
Now peel, wash, and boil for between 3-5mins with salt to taste. Avoid it getting completely cooked.
Then you'd need 2-3 medium sized eggs, diced onions, chopped fresh peppers, spring onions and seasoning cubes. Of available, Some flour would be fine.
Break your eggs in a bowl and whisk, adding your chopped spices. Add seasoning to your taste.
Heat your vegetable oil, dip your partly boiled yam in your whisked eggs, put in your flour, and fry in your oil until golden brown.
You can serve with fried sauce (comprising what you used earlier as spices, you can add prawns to taste if you wish)

Your BMI at 16.5 is much underweight. (it's a factor, or a ratio of your weight to your height squared in SI units).
Try to get it up to like 20, that's about optimal for you without you being overweight
