The face of Amber 2014, Queen Bolarinde Damilola has refused to be silent on her plight since she was crowned. She revealed all today, the day a new queen is to be crowned.

My name is Bolarinde Damilola,born June 29 1996. On 14th December 2014 I was crowned the face of Amber organized by @faceofamber signaling the birth of a new phase in my life. I was beyond ecstatic,I believed I was blessed and highly privileged​ to wear such a prestigious crown or so I thought. As the winner I was promised a brand new car,a trip to California, modeling contracts, cash prize etc.

Unfortunately,till now I have received non of my prize, luckily for me I was given the sum of 5thousand naira twice and nothing more. I have worn the crown for over 2years with so much sadness and a sense of helplessness.I was crowned by @melvinodua and severally I have vented out my frustration to him on how I have been unfairly treated by the organizers of Amber pagent but lately he simply ignores them.

Maybe its the country or perhaps as a people we feel its okay to walk over the voiceless, why should we feel its normal to act dishonestly towards​ others? Why should i not receive what is rightfully mine? Why should i wear a crown filled with so many thorns? That I shall never know but what I do know is with this experience I have learnt a lot in life. On how to be patient,on how to always see the light at the end of the tunnel, on how to always believe humans will be always be human and that looks can be deceiving,everything is not always as it seem.

Although I was unfairly treated, I believe queens are not just crowned they are also made, as queens we should stand against injustice in the society.I stand against it!

I hope for a better country where people are given what duly belongs to them, where people speak against wrongdoings without fear of reproach, a country where your word is your bond, a country where hard work is acknowledged and honesty becomes our benchmark.

On several occasions I have been asked "queen where is your car, Are you in California now?" but little do they know that heavy is the head that wears the crown.

I am in a state of dilemma as my marriage is shaking.

Before we got married, my wife treated me like a piece of shit and never gave me any regards or attention. Any little quarrel would be blown out of proportion and wouldn't talk to me for days. I did the calling always and each time I ask her why she doesn't call, she would say I should get used to it. There was a day when a baseless quarrel occurred, she accused me falsely and we didn't talk for more than two months. I stayed single and was already moving on until her friend came begging on her behalf. I wondered why she didn't come herself but all the same I accepted her back. She changed like she was doing me favor but I still persisted because I loved her genuinely.

Fast forward, we got married and I was hoping for a good future with her. As usual I was very open to her and discussed every issues with her. At a point, I found out the marriage was one sided. I gave more but got little or nothing from her. I never burden her with house chores or cooking at all. We sat always to talk about her attitude but she would say things are fine while I will be grieving and having sleepless nights. She will wake up in the middle of the night to check my phone to know if i was cheating. I swear I have never cheated on my wife... She knows my password and never hid anything from her.
As we went on in the marriage, her behavior became worse and couldn't condone it again. She never saw anything wrong with her attitude and would say her apologizes are expensive.

I decided to do a background check on her and found out she double dated all through when we started dating and gave the guy more attention for 2years of our relationship. When things went bad between them, she fell back to me and unknown to me, I accepted her back. She and her ex were still in good communication till the night I confronted her. She would rather confide in her ex than confide in me (Now husband) Now, I feel so hurt, betrayed and used and can’t trust her again.

She has been very apologetic and says she is ready to change. So if had not found out about her double ways, I will still be condoning her insolent ways. I am seriously finding it hard in my heart to forgive her. Even if I do, I can never ever forget because I do not trust her again.

What will you guys advice?

Don't worry, to lose the fat you wouldn't even have to stop eating your favorite meals. You wouldn't even need to starve yourself to learn how to control how much you eat.

3. Inactivity

I remembered having a conversation with a 300 level student and I asked her "what do you do when you go for holidays?"

She said "nothing, I just sleep all day"

Now, that is one of the reasons why women have belly fat, inactivity reduces your metabolic rate (I mean the rate at which your body burns calories, meaning it burns calories slowly and store up more as fat).

So, should you exercise every minute of the day?

My cousin has complains she's tired of her marriage.

She has been married for 5yrs and have four children (a set of twin girls and another boy and girl).

She has on several/most occasions been a victim of domestic violence, the husband spends most nights outside the home, comes back drunk, easily infuriated and top of it all an egoistic being.

My cousin has been enduring without telling anyone because of her ill mother(don't want her to die of heartbreak) and for the love of her kids, not forsaking the endurance based on Christianity belief.

Now her mum is gone just some days ago, pathetic as it seems the husband didn't show any sign of pity or sympathy, he started making threats of divorce accompanied with abuses calling she and her siblings "useless orphans,your sorrow just begin" and more despite the mourning state.

Now, she is clearly confused on the decision to take.

*To proceed with the divorce , noting the expenses of child rearing on a single mother. ( She's a qualified and educated Nurse)

*To seek or perhaps accept apology if who knows her husband apologizes like he always does. ( bearing in mind the level of threat, high level of domestic violence and mental distress she'll continue to undergo.)

Help her make a decision.
